A bit pricy but good people and atmosphere. Do recommend if youre going for something on payments and if you can afford the slight increase from other rental properties the price is worth it. They check their products if used before reselling them and I havent had any problems out them yet so I hope it stays that way after I pay it off as well.

For the most part theyre pretty nice and they will work with people as well. There have been a few issues that were definitely solvable, it just took a little bit to work out the kinks. Id recommend.

The sales person was very courteous thru out entire process, also the delivery men were polite and took there time and also went out of there way to bring my bed despite that was past there time to get off work that day I greatly appreciated that

This business has AWFUL customer service. My husband and I rented couches and a recliner from them, they broke about 3 weeks after being delivered, I have called and texted, my husband has called and texted and they are dragging their feet to get us new couches. It says they are under new Management, but clearly their management skills are very poor. Save your money y’all!!

Rude people and poor prices. Their favorite thing to do is harass people all the time. They’ve called me four times a week to remind me to make my payment that they receive every Friday and then went on down the family list calling everyone at work and during classes all with hateful attitude. I’d rather rent from Kings.

I have had nothing other than a pleasant experience with RentOne. Angie was very pleasant and helpful! I highly reccomend using RentOne for all your rental needs, I had used Bolin in the past but they do not compare to RentOne by any means.

I am currently buying a washer and dryer from Rent One and the employees have been very professional and helpful with any questions I may have. I am fixing to go rent an electric stove from them sometime between today and next week. Love the way they handle my payments as well. I have dealt with other rental companies and the payments are not taken off the total bill and even if you make your payment they have come to the house and got mean and nasty saying payments were not made even with receipts they double charge . Rent 1 is nothing like that !! LOVE RENT 1

I called today 3/20/2020 and they are delivering the washer today. Even with everything happening in the world right now. I will be able to do laundry at home instead of worrying about going to laundry mat

I am buying a tv from rent one right now, i wanted to get a surround system from them as well. They called me and i told them what i wanted, they said they had some and would call me back,,,,that was 2 weeks ago and i still have not heard from them but if I am 1 min late with my payment, there blowing me up..........

They were awesome on the phone and delivered the same day! Their delivery person was friendly and professional, hooked my dryer up, made sure it worked, leveled the legs, I could not have asked for a better experiance!

Quick and easy application and online order experience

The Manager has a bad attitude (Mike) . Absolutely NO customer service skills. I had to call 4 times, a week and a half for them to pick up my washer that needed repair. Then find out the service guy actually picked up the day they finally picked it up and wouldnt return for two weeks. The loaner that was brought out was much smaller than the one I had. I call them to pick up a freezer and they were an hour and 15 mins late. NO COURTSEY CALL... I was outside and watched them pull out of my drive, called store right away and they were supposed to call driver and let him know I was here, 45 mins later I call bk and Mike informs me it will be the next day. I have tried contacting the district manager on another problem my son had with Mike, needless to say no response to my email. I will say the delivery ppl have always been very nice, knowledgeable, and do provide good customer service. The manager could use a customer service class from them . I have returned everything but my washer and dryer to them and its only bc I have paid on it to long to let it go bk... After that is paid off I will never step foot in that store or recommend that store to anyone I know.

They are the most rude people I ever had to deal with. They will not even complete a application. Cause they are to lazy to do paper work. we called everyone on your application we got no answers I called them all they never got a call. While I was filling out the application to rent something a black woman walked in and the short guy that works there looked at the other and they both laughed. And said here is another one

This place is a joke. Dont place your order online. Their communication skills leave much to be desired. Placed my order on Thursday and they were supposed to contact me within 48hrs. I had to call them. I was told they had what I ordered in store. Called Tuesday, after they called my references and all of a sudden they were waiting on my tv stand and bed to be brought from another store. Was told that hopefully they would have it all Monday. Come on people a week and a habusiness? I will not be doing my business like this again. Next time I will go to Bolin Rentals. Ridiculous

I ordered a nintendo switch from this place exactly 3 weeks ago and at this time i still havent received it. they keep saying they have to get it from another store and they gave my tons of dates that it will be delivered but still nothing.

This location in Madisonville is were everyone should go. Amazing service,paitence, and knowledge of there products. There selection was amazing.

No problems lil leak from washer(but they fixed quick) ppl tht work there good service.and other ppl dont have a cow and bad rate just cause u cant afford your payments.... not there problem::))
