They made good on their guarantee and shed be very nice to work with.

Their prices on batteries were much cheaper than the other two Auto parts on main Street and its a good brand of battery. They even put it in for me for free. I left a tip. Good bunch of guys.

Missing the old parts houses when those working liked their jobs and knew something about what they are selling.System is also not updated often enough or correctly. They not only dont know anything outside of their computers, they have little idea as to whats in stock,and whats not.

I purchased a set of sylvania headlights for $57 to try and improve the ability to see better and unfortunately it was no better. I tried to get money and they do not return electronics . So Im out $57 for headlights they wont return. Better off going to Amazon, at least you can return them.

Great customer service. Our truck broke down and we had to fix it in the parking lot. They had the parts on hand and helped us with what they could to make the repair.

Nice friendly people, the store always seems to be neat, clean, and in orderly fashion. One fall back is it seems that there computer system is slow. The associates seemed to have problems finding the right parts i needed, but they did finally locate them, the prices are reasonable.

Truly depends on who’s working as to what level of help you get... asked for help with headlight replacement and was denied because it would require completely taking apart my front end. Turned out it was only two easy to access screws and they pop out...thankfully the rival auto parts store on Scott St. diagnosed and fixed the real problem.

Well stocked clean. Counter guy was (be nice) entertaining.

Excellent service. short wait. good price. had what I needed. what more can you ask for? hmm.... a tip from the app, Im supposed to describe the atmosphere. I would call it early repair. what I ordered? spark plugs. did I like it? well, they were a bit crunchy, but seemed to soften if you add some 5w30. end of suggestions.
