It has been said you can just a person by how they treat the waiter. Well I was the waiter, as I delivered tires to them. Automotive Express staff was always courteous, and helpful to me. They are tremendously good people.

They made a mistake in my appointment to put on exhaust system, but they apologized and set up another time to get it done. Also, while my vehicle was there I had them do a front end alignment, a diagnostic test, replace an oxygen sensor, recoralate a distributor, repair a power steering hose, and check on my cruise on control. In my opinion, if you need any work done on a vehicle whatsoever, this is the place to go because they are the complete one stop shop. They did a good job, and offered me fair prices. Thank you for the dependable repairs.

They are great people. We were traveling and had is clean and head and overheating problem they got us right in and got us fixed great great place. The owner manager is great to the whole staff.

I dropped off with front brakes only. Brake line damaged in rear. I picked up 5 days later with still front brakes only and when ask why head guy says bad master cylinder couldn’t bleed brakes wouldn’t pump up. I took home put a new wheel cylinder for 15 dollars on because bleed valve was broken off. Brakes pumped up and bleed good and had got full pedal. They usually do a good job for me but dropped the ball on this one.

Thank you for doing such a thorough job! I had my SUV in for a brake job and upon there inspection, a crack in the radiator was found! Also other recommendations were made to keep my vehicle in great shape to hit my goal of driving it 600,000 miles. Sitting at 235,XXX and counting! Thanks Shane and Ryan and crew!

Im sorry I just didnt have a good experience here. Was hoping to get a complete diagnostic ran and paid a lot of money for what I already knew. Idle was acting rough and they supposedly reset the idle but it still acts up. Just didnt get what I was hoping for. Nice people and I have had good and affordable muffler work there before but I wont be going back for anything more than simple vehicle work in the future.

I have gone to this place for quite some time. They have always been honest and trustworthy. My last experience was far from that though. May have been a fluke, I dont know. My car just seemed to get overlooked. Originally they said 2 days but after 3 days of hearing nothing, I called and they said they hadnt figured it out yet and to give them another day. I called back next day and they said they still nothing. I told them I would pick it up that day and bring it somewhere else. Next shop had it done in 2 days and seemed just as busy. But like I said, this may have been a fluke, Im not sure.

Ive been going there since before they moved to that location. Ive gotten my oil changes for 3 out of my 4 vehicles plus new mufflers for all vehicles over the last 16 years. Never had a problem at all. Service dog friendly, veteran friendly, old people friendly.. Theyll let you know what step theyre at while working on your vehicle if youre curious.

My boyfriend took my jeep and his truck for work and oil changes and they do great work.

I have done business with them before and have never had problems with them but I know plenty of people who didnt. I went in there about something transmission related. I asked them how much it would be for them to replace a certain part on the transmission. They told me that first they would charge me to diagnose it (anywhere from $30-$65). Im fairly mechanically inclined so I know a fair amount of stuff about what they were doing. Thing was though, I know exactly whats wrong with it. I already figured out what needs to be done. But instead, they want to go ahead and charge the diagnostic fee. I told him the code that was throwing and I knew what it was but he still acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. This is something I would do myself but a car lift is needed for it and I dont have access to one. Well, they go on to tell me how much it would be if that was the issue, which is about the amount I figured cause thats what all the other transmission shops have told me. I go on to tell him that I have the stuff, not telling him exactly what I had. He interrupts me to tell me that automatically knocks me out from them doing. All I had was the fluid and the filter, stuff they wouldnt cover anyways. But he automatically assumes Im talking about the part that needs to get replaced. Something they claim they will cover but in truth, they will go to the exact same place you can buy it and charge you more for it saying they got it through their distributor when in reality they go to AutoZone or some other parts store in town. The same place you would get the part. The owner or manager, Im not sure who he is but he is the biggest smart@$$ Ive ever met. Instead of calmly disarming a hostile situation, he just fueled the fire. Because I called them out on their business the guy decides to be ignorant and call me something no business owner or manager should ever say to a customer. I will no longer being doing business and most defiantly not send anyone to them. As far as something simple like an oil change, they arent bad but something like your transmission, I highly recommend not going to them. There are far better transmission shops around here, far better muffler shops, and far better places to get your oil changed. But the arrogance of this one man has ruined this place for me.

These guys are awesome they took real good care of us and if you have a Chevrolet this is the place to go to get all your fixes done and its very cost-effective so my recommendation is definitely with Automotive Express
