On 11/16/2019 I was exchanging some items at this store. Their company policy states clearly that We just want you to love it! Return anything, anytime for any reason. 100% Guaranteed. this quote is taken directly off their home page. Well I had a number of items to return and had done this before prior with no issue. Well, I was being helped by a great employee and was having a pleasant experience until another employee named Taylor chose to interject her own little opinion into what I was doing. In front of a number of customers she asked me Why do you even bother buying these things if your just going to exchange them later anyways.... she then snickered about it, rolling her eyes while the employee who was helping me completed the transaction. I wrapped up what I was doing and left the store and immediately called customer service to file a complaint. Customer service was very helpful and very apologetic for what had occurred. They assured me that they would get my complaint to the district manager of that area and would make sure this would never occur again.So, in case Taylor is reading this - you NEVER make comments like you did, or even ask a customer any form of a question in which you did. Your job is to ensure the customers are taken care of, that if they need help you assist them, to make sure shelves and product are stocked and thats it. Your opinion is of NO relevancy for your job. If you want a job where your opinion matters then working in retail isnt for you. I plan on following up this complaint to ensure I never encounter you in my hometown store again !

Personal fragrances and home fragrances are both located at this store. They remodeled and its huge and its easier to maneuver around.
