I bought a boat from Madisonville Marine in May and the boat is great but what I appreciate most is the patience that Jason and the others there have shown throughout the process.Jason brought the boat up all the way to Sharps Chapel and spent time with me to make sure I had a basic knowledge of how to operate the boat. I still have a lot of learning to do but without this help I would have been lost.

What can we say due to Covid 19 there was a wait for our Hurricane 217 Sundeck to be manufactured. Jason who we met at the Knoxville Boat show 2021 was very knowledgeable and kept us updated with what was going on with our boat. When it did arrive he went out of his way to ensure we understood how everything worked on the boat. My wife and I are very pleased with our new boat and with the service provided by Jason. Great bunch of folks! Jason really made us a great deal on our polar kraft center console boat. Even after we purchased the boat, we had an issue with steering and a small leak and they quickly resolved the issue. They have a large selection of boats available to choose from. Ask for Jason and tell him I sent ya!

Awesome! We had been looking all over for the right boat and right price, and Madisonville Marine nailed it. Joe, the owner, actually took the time to show us around (all sales people were busy). He was honest with us on all the pros and cons of different boats to find the right one for us. Dave, our salesman, took the time out of his day to deliver the boat to us on the Watts Barr, taking us out for our first voyage to make sure that everything worked, and we had the basics down. While recently shopping for a new boat for my mother in law, we often stopped in to Madisonville Marine. Jason Kinsley was very helpful and educated us on the latest in boats and maintenance. Once she decided what she wanted and made the purchase, Jason was helpful with additional details such as registering it and getting the registration numbers on prior to delivery. Jason was great to work with for scheduling delivery. He brought the boat to her dock and showed us the ins and outs and made sure we were comfortable with everything. We would shop with Madisonville Marine again and definitely would look for Jason there!

We purchased a brand new Stingray boat from Dave at Madisonville Marine at the end of July 2020. We were looking for a specific model but we were unable to find it in Florida, where we live, so we took to the internet and luckily found one at Madisonville Marine in Tennessee. Buying a boat 630 miles away from home, sight unseen, was a bit unnerving but Dave was super nice, very accommodating and always there to answer our questions. As a matter of fact, everyone there was very welcoming and nice. Thank you Dave for an awesome first new boat buying experience, we would do it all over again given the chance, even driving the 630 miles!!!!! A+ customer service!

After years of hard work and saving, I finally made the decision and got the boat of my dreams. The process was easy and great. Jason was patient and worked with me for 3 years until I was ready to pull the trigger. The order was place, the boat was built, and the delivery was made. After a few months trying to figure out the high tech electronics, it became problem after problem with the electronics. It confused everyone all the way up to the units manufacturer higher ups. Joe, Jason, and Matt at Madisonville Marine went above and beyond to make sure everything worked 100%. This was technically not their issue, but it was the manufacturers issue. With communication between the two companies, both worked hard to find a solution to solve all problems. Running a business isnt easy and tough decisions are made all the time when problems come up. These guys not only care about the products they sell, but they truly care about their customers too. I cant thank them enough for their efforts and the friendships made over the past few months. Very thankful and we are putting fish in the boat thanks to these guys!
