I was in a rental car and was told to go here because I found a screw in one of my tires. Upon getting there and explaining this to the lady she called a sales person, after this person was informed he said he could get the tire fixed and then proceeded to call the Enterprise office. When he got off the phone with them he had me step out and then preceded to inform me that they closed in 35 min and did not have the time to help me, that the local Enterprise there would give me a different car. This was extremely upsetting as I did not want to have to trade out the car I had been driving and the sales guy didnt even take the time to look at my tire.

Was told the don’t schedule tire rotation so asked how busy they were and was told they were steadyI guess steady means all bays completely full and 4 people waitingAsked how long of a wait I was looking at they called a sales personAfter standing there 10 min and no showing up I left

Wow! What an experience we had at Madisonville Tire! On our way to a funeral in Alabama and we hit an enormous pothole on the interstate and lost tire pressure. Luckily, we were by the Madisonville exit and made our way to Madisonville Tire. Although it was 6:30am and they didn’t open until 7, Linda TC, and John immediately helped us! They had us back on the road in 45 minutes! Their kindness, expertise, and professionalism were beyond measure! We are sure the owner, Duane, would be so proud of his staff! Thank you!!!

Broke three of hub caps on my car! Took my car back to show them and they didn’t do a thing, said the cold weather did it, no refund or even a simply sorry! Take your vehicle anywhere but Madisonville tire if you like you car!
Too expensive but fairly good service
I had been told to avoid this place because they don’t care how they treat your vehicle, however I chalked this up to bad experiences until I tried them myself. I had a wheel that was damaged so I bought a new wheel and brought it here to have mounted along with my three good wheels to be mounted with new tires I had bought. So all I needed done was the old tires taken off, the new ones put on, and the new wheel put on, along with a mount and balance. For the record I have a very expensive aftermarket set of wheels and tires on my vehicle that I take extremely good care of. When I got my vehicle back, ALL 4 wheels, including the brand new one I brought them in the box were scratched in multiple places on the lip and on the face of the wheel. They do okay work here but if you care about the appearance of your vehicle don’t bring it here because they aren’t careful with your property.

This place dont even know how to install/program a tire low air senser correctly....they installed one on my car and on my way home I got a !!!low air warning!!!....got out in the rain to check all my tires tire pressure was fine....but light was flashing and is still on....they did say they would rescan it for free lol after I already paid for it......

Depending on the salesperson, you will either get adequate service and a fair price, or you will get ripped off. Ive been told balancing tires is $40 per tire, and more commonly, $14 per tire. Ive just started asking for Chad any time I need something now, as he hasnt massively ripped me off like other salespeople have at this store.
