Its nice to walk in a place and not be ignored and get to know everyones names., After making a deal with Russ who was new . We traded our Altima in for a truck .We signed papers with Tom Zimmerman who was awesome and made us comfortable, we then met with Stephanie the delivery specialist who was very pleasant and explained anything we needed to know about the truck, she even gave us a free meal ticket at any restaurant we wanted while they got the truck cleaned up for us. There was a few thing that needed to be done at a later time that was part of the deal, Thanks to Craig that it was taken care of and made sure it was right and we were 100 % satisfied. Lisa in the service dept set up the time and followed up with calls to make sure we had everything we needed to take care of everything. Looking forward to seeing them all again when truck need regular maintenance service. It would be nice to see $5.00 oil change service on new vehicle for the first 5 years, like the dealership in florida

Had a recall on my car, I dropped it off and an employee took me back home. After about 3 hours they called and said it was ready, I asked for someone to come pick me up. They then called back and asked if it was ok to deliver my car to my house. I said yes and I appreciated that they brought it to me. The only problem we saw was maybe some brake fluid was spilled on engine.
It was a good experiene. It only took about an hour for tire rotation and oil change and something else. The only thing im not a fan of is why is there two near eachother haha. I went to the wrong one.

I felt like I was being pushed into making a decision on the fly without any time to shop around or consider my options. A comment was made that I needed to make a decision quickly without looking around to find what I really wanted, and since leaving that day I have received multiple calls trying to get me to reconsider or to come back in to look at these vehicles. I feel like this dealership has potential to be good but I dont appreciate being pushed into a decision or being bombarded with calls pressuring me to make a purchase.
We were from out of town over the Thanksgiving Holiday. They were not able to get our vehicle fixed by the time we needed to leave. They handled our rental car and flight back to pick up our car. They went above and beyond to help us out and we rally appreciated them making it right for us. Chris Townsend did exactly what he said he would do in a timely manner. They forgot my temp tag, forgot to put in my rugs and left the stickers on my car and now Im peeling them off myself.They came to fix the situation but in the process my car is scratch. After extreme anxiety from driving without a temp tag and having this new 30k car, I now have to deal with a scratch.. Not happy.
Completely rude, unhelpful, and unable to give any information without being pretentious. Told me to google prices when I asked for an estimate and then opened the door for me to leave.

Very unhappy with the service I was charged $116.00 for them to tell me nothing and if I need more information it was an additional $220.00. Then said that I needed to have my engine replace for $5,800.00 or get a new car when it was just my exhaust that needed to be patched up which was a free diagnostics (From a second opinion) and a cheaper fix then $5,800.00 you guys are ripping people off. I was a 12 yr. customer never again will I be back.
