Farm store with lots of necessities. Got 100lbs of dogfood, 10 pounds of sugar! And the popcorn machine is back in operation with an auto dispenser since Covid shut down the old machine! Tastes just as great!

Very helpful and knowledgeable about what they sell. Helped me locate a product I was purchasing. Will go back definitely when in need of anything.

Usually have what we need.Horse feed and dog food .Then theres snacks. So glad popcorn 🍿 is back. I like the fact they are a Christian based store. Even have a Bible verse in the ad.

Got some really great deals on everything we purchased. Found everything we were looking for. Jacob, the manager was extremely helpful. All of the staff were superb. Ali, our cashier, was very professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable.

Great place to shop for almost anything you need for around the house and the garden. Plus they offer free freshly popped popcorn to eat while you stocked up. Cashiers are always friendly and the store is clean and organized. Prices are reasonable as well!

The prices r fair n way easier to get in out of quickly than Walmart

After searching every gas station and other stores my daughter finally found a Dodge baseball cap for her boyfriend here! One of the many stops during our trip back to my old Kentucky home!

This is probably the worst Rural king i have ever been in. Out of stock a lot and price tags are very rarely right. They do have a few employees that are good snd knowledgeable but for the most part service is not great!

We were able to find all we need. And there were very polite staff to help when needed. I enjoy going there to shop.

It was my first time to kentucky and this was a pretty cool place in my opinon!! It smells like the country and i loved it you can find reallt delicious candies and a variety of other things!!

More organization is needed. Chicks should be in age lvl containers. Dead chicks being eaten by other chicks for some time.

I was in the Madisonville store on 6/25/21. I was in the pool department and the prices were so messed up. I was needing a pool vac. I seen a small battery operated one for 24.99 ( which I was wrong) I read the description to make sure before I got to the counter. Instead of the cashier helping me ( her # on the receipt was PMILL9) she and the other gentleman beside her started laughing at me. The price was $ 52 by the way. I have never been treated so badly. She did apologize but added she didn’t know why she was, she didn’t make the mistake.

I love rural king they have such great stuff, kinda pricey but its worth it i suppose

Absolutely the most rudest employees Ive ever came across. Ive been in 4 times and all time they follow me, my wife,my kid around given us dirty looks the whole time every time. On top of that they are always sold out of everything.shelfs are always bare of everything.when they do have something and its not gonna be what u want it will be 75% over priced.

Price gouging in the gun/ammo department, and little selection. The counter staff are not all that great. The rest of the store is nice but the prices are a bit high.

Always not friendly, rude at times

I like rule king its like Walmart for country people like most people that live around one. The only thing I dont like about it is they do not expect ccdw they still will have to give you a background check that can take a long time. Kinda annoying but other then that I like it I think I you might too if your not looking for ammo or looking to leave with a side arm that day.....

Farm life supplies would be something one would expect to find at a Rural King.Sadly, some do, some dont.

I was looking for chicken feed and dog treats. The selection was good and the prices were also.

Good place for livestock feeds, clothing, food and other down home items. They sell a wide variety of items for just about anyone.

They have a fairly high turnover rate. The service counter girl Trish has been there for a while though. But other than her its very hard to get help out on the floor. They also have a bad problem with mice having all that feed there so CHECK your products good or you may bring home a family of critters. The Dog leash selection could be WAY BETTER WITH MORE CHOICES than just basic nylon colored or leather collars. People love their dogs collars are a way to so personalities you are missing out on a large market here.

Took us a few minutes to find what we needed. Isles were cluttered.

Oh theyve got a whole isle of candy saltwater taffy, Kermit candies. Delishous go check out the candy wow!

Terrible!!!! Wanting to buy some boots and all the tags on the shelf said 134.99, when I got to check out they rang up 180.00, one employee and then the asst manager came and looked. Said they hadnt put the tags up but the tags next were on a different boot. Would not sell me the boots for what tag said. For all the money Ive spent there and they wouldnt treat me any better....tractor supply here I come.

What I needed was on sale & they had a large supply. I appreciated that.

Very helpful but i was not impressed by the selections of ducks. I just wanted 2 ducks but i had to buy them in bulk so now i have 10 ducklings running around in my house

Moved everything around and placement doesnt make sense ... always very cluttered and very small selection and prices are extremely high

A great place to find those hard to find items such as big and tall sizes in clothes. Awesome selection in hunting gear and weapons. This place has a personal and family atmosphere. Free popcorn and other goodies. Benches are evenly placed for those of us that need a break from the vastness of My Rural King. I never want to leave, says my ole woman. :-)
