Awesome customer service and got me in for an emergency oddball thing. I usually do all my own wrench turning and actually was in the middle of a project when the task at hand would be a million times easier with an over head lift. Needless to say theyre customer service is awesome and it saved my weekend project. They got me in within and out within 20 minutes.

Been Here a couple of times for Tire things as I do 98% of all my repairs. I Stopped in on 3-4-2021 as spoke with the Gentlemen about looking at my ford escape before I tear into it. He said they can look for 50 bucks let me know if it is something I want them to do, I had already prep the car for inspection to have it looked, It was a Electronic Power Steering Issue I sadi the things I had checked we agreed to drop my car off at 7am. 3-5-2021I dropped the car off at spoke with Who I assume was manger/owner on 3-5-2021 at 710am, We discussed the same things I mentioned I checked Steering Joints, Linkage etc and from the noise really believed it was the Electronic power assist. We talked about how long I was driving without power steering and yeah the torque probably broke something inside, I said well take a look and call me,745 am I recieved a call and was told that his Mechanic said it was the U Joint for the Steering, I said I really did not think so and that they both can look I pulled the boot in the floor board where the joint is located, He mentioned why pull the floor boot/seal BECASUE the JOINT is right there I still questioned it was not the Steering U Joint he said he would double check I received a call 5 Minutes Later that HIS MECHANIC SAID 100% it was the U Joint I was surprised and decided to let them do the work, 120 hr for labor plus 200.00 for part about 340 total.I then received a call 15 minutes later saying THE MECHANIC WAS WRONG I WAS RIGHT and agreed with me that I am just going to buy a whole Column Assy and I would install it, I came by about 1.5 hurs later to get my car, I asked for my keys to the Ford escape and this was the response. THAT WILL BE $131.00 dollars I mentioned for what I told you it was not that and your Mechanic sadi 100% it was and nothing was done,He said yeah but we took it off and put it back on, BY YOUR MISTAKE. I was in no mood to Argue as I will be going to BBB and most Likely the Attorney General it is not about the Money, BUT IF THEY ARE WILLING TO SCREW ME A FAIRLY TO MED HIGH MECHANIC out of 131.00 I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO PEOPLE IN THE PAST, I would have Happily gave him 60buck for looking at it as the gentleman working 3-4-2021 said.THERE ARE SOME GREAT REVIEWS and EVEN Repeat Customers But I am wondering How many would not be repeat if they did the correct work the first time, or HOW MANY TIMES THEY OVER BILL FOR A FEW BUCKS,I went home after buying the Column Assy, and looked at what they did I REMOVED THE SAME 2 Bolts as a test in 9 Minutes had and 9 minutes to put them back.BUT THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF 131.00 and my continued reluctance to have my car done anywhere, I always say they are just out for a BUCK AGAIN I WAS RIGHT,PEOPLE BEWARE IT MAY BE A SMALL TOWN AREA AS I KNOW I HAVE BEEN ASSOCITED WITH MAHTOMEDI FOR 30+years and my Family for 60+years.I will be contacting BBB and ATTY GENERAL TO LOOK INTO IT.

These are great mechanics who do a variety of repairs at reasonable prices. I have Mitsubishi that I had an engine problem with for over a year. I went to a local chain of repair shops, they didnt solve the problem with a number of visits. I went to the local dealership a couple of times, they couldnt fix it. These folks fixed it, once and for all, on the first visit.Great advice, easy to work with. Even if you live a ways away, how great is it to find friendly, moderately priced, highly competent mechanics?!

Brought our vehicle for some braking issues. They replaced the rotors and it works great. Friendly and timely service at an affordable price.

Our AC wasnt working so we thought we would try a local place for the first time. Sadly it will be our last time here. They suggested a possible very expensive problem but upon inspection said that it was not that issue - which was a relief. They proceeded to search for a possible leak and upon not finding one recharged the AC so it was working. We paid $135 for an AC recharge, but then, 3 days later while we were out of town and transporting colleagues, the AC quit working. We had to transport clients for over 3 hours on a sunny 94 degree day with no AC. Wildwood Service offered no apology but did look at the vehicle again and could not find any issue. They offered no refund for the service or any compensation for the inconvenience or situation our colleagues went through. They instead said they told us that they couldnt guarantee their work and we would have to go to another shop to get it fixed. When I asked to talk to the owner, the manager told me he would put our work order and phone number on his desk and have the owner call me. It has been a week and I have not received a call. Wildwood Service lacks integrity and I will take their suggestion to go to another shop to have my vehicles fixed.
