There used to be a time when Mercedes brand meant high quality and top level service.It is now an unfortunate reality where it is a mid level (if that) brand. I have owned this and similar brands for over two decades and the quality of service is completely down the drain.No one at the dealership answers the phone, dropped my car 4 days ago for a 3 hour service. Never got a call back, went in a day later, they just started working it... promised to call back when ready. Never did.Went to check again 2 days later, car was ready but they forgot to call.I know what my next car will NOT be....
Stop here while on vacation in my mercedes had a service question. They where able to answer me wit no wait. Very happy team there...High end AMG House.
Every thing was professionally done on time to my satisfaction. I am very satisfied.
I recently relocated to Orlando from Texas. I’ve had the pleasure of owning 4 Mercedes Benz as well as several other luxury cars. I have always always had excellent service from Mercedes dealers service department. This was by far the Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t believe that Mercedes would allow such poor service and treatment of their customers from an outside company. The service rep was so rude and condescending I left and will not return. Seriously Mercedes get rid of them and hire people that actually care.
The service writer concluded that the intermittent starting of my 2014 cla was due to a defective battery. The battery had already been changed 2 months earlier with no improvement. The service writer said my car required a Mercedes brand battery to fix the problem. However other experts on Mercedes say not so fast. My Die Hard battery has the same specs and is designed for amp hungry Mercedes. Mercedes battery cost $500 more than Die Hard. All this without a mechanic even checking the electrical system. That is my last service visit to this dealership.
The service manager had no customer service etiquette. She was extremely rude the entire time and condescending. She further went on to tell me a completely different price for my battery than what they actually charged me. I would recommend to go to any other Mercedes dealership in the area than to come to this one. The one plus is that they had good refreshments.
WARNING: DO NOT TRUST. I took my CLS550 in for its schedule B maintenance cycle and the Service Center tried to charge me based on their most expensive AMG mercedes. I only realized when I asked to see the printout and it did NOT have my vehicle listed. After insisting my vehicles maintenance schedule be printed the price dropped by $5k. The staff is shady and will take advantage of you. I ended up taking my vehicle to another service center and paid even less with far better service.
In few months back, I went there for service.Really disappointed with their customer care.Won’t buy from there again.
