Finally rented my storage unit after looking for a month with everyone promising to call me when available including one saying her manager would call and never did and of course the units were gone when I called trying to pay. Michelle was amazing, helpful and also helped me remember I needed a few things like mattress covers to make the move a lot easier. Happy and thankful Michelle called me back so this is secured!

Edith has been very helpful each time we have had questions or concerns in needing to utilize their storage facility. We have 3 units there and its been easy to access, always clean and well lit. My only negative is that there be lighting in the units themselves. There are bulbs but they dont work.

I have never met someone who is more committed about customer care and satisfaction then Edith. My company has been with Public Storage for over 19 years. Yesterday was bittersweet as we closed out two outside storage units, bringing this long term relationship to an end. During our time at this property, Edith (property manager) maintained a clean property. After removing 765 boxes, we found both units very clean with hardly any of the rodent/insect trappings found on other properties after a long period of time. Even the Shred It representative commented on the cleanliness of the unit. Moreover, anytime there was an issue with the unit, Edith always called and kept us abreast so that we could resolve the issue in a timely manner.I highly recommend this property as Edith not only takes great pride in her work, but she is also very friendly.

My organization has been a client at Public Storage Maitland for many years. Edith is always an absolute pleasure to work with and I find myself not wanting to work with any other manager. If there is ever an issue that arises, we work together to get it resolved and she always maintains the utmost customer service. The area is always clean and this location is far superior than any other Public Storage I have personally used in the past.

Edith was great! The only reason it is a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the computer system going down and having to be re-booted. The process was easy. Just a friendly reminder that the price of a lock is not included and you must have the type of locks that they currently use for the unit you decide to rent.

This location was perfect for where I live. Centralized in my area with access anytime I need between 6am-9pm. Edith is a great manager, very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this location.

We just moved out of our very clean and smallest climate controlled storage unit after renting it 8mths. We were very lucky to have Edith managing this location as she was able to provide us with one in which we could stand up inside, was on the ground floor and close to the door which was very helpful. There was always a free cart available just inside the door we used. On vacating the unit Jan. 31,2019 without scheduling a move-out, she was able to obtain authorization from her supervisor not to charge us for February. That was very generous of her! Shes a hard worker and always thinking of her clients. If I have additional storage needs in the future, I definitely want it to be with Edith!
