The person in the sales department just hung up the call when I gave him the wrong serial number of the equipment. When I tried calling again, they just didnt answer. apparently they dont mind selling because theres no way Im going to try again.

Canon Solutions of American apparently does not want our business. Phone was picked up and hung up 3 times back-to-back during normal business hours when calling to get pricing on a machine for our office. I imagine that this is how they’d handle incoming trouble calls on their equipment.
