Got a car here nice car but they gave me a dead battery. The tires were on there last threads they promised to get me two little things the car needed and kept beating around the bush until the 90 warranty ran out I would absolutely not recommend this place!

Bought the car less than 6 months ago have already had to put 4100 into it and that’s not including what bmw covered under warranty the coolant lines, a new starter, crank case vent tubes, rear differential mount, rear guibo all had to be paid for out of pocket ! The smoke from the exhaust was ignored from the beginning and told its normal with this engine. This car needed over 10k worth of work in less than 6 months ! Complete mess.

Terrible customer service in my opinion. I am only 21 and know very little about financing a car. Throughout the process of trying to find a car, I did but then I was pressured to start a car insurance before actually getting approved for a loan. The finance manager told me he would find something around what DCU interest rate was giving me because I was preapproved by them (NEVER WAS I DENIED FROM DCU)but ended up applying to a bank where the loan was double what DCU was giving me. They told me to fill in for information but failed to tell me it was an application to get a loaned approved. They do not tell you or explain everything step by step. They only look for their best interest, after I was not approved for the loan the finance manager said I would be recieving in the mail my deposit that I put down for the car and I NEVER RECIEVED IT. So terrible.. dont waste you time.. they are only looking to get a sale. Went back to see if it was possible to have them work with DCU and the finance manager didnt even say hello, nothing, just walked pass by me.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR A FIRST TIME BUYER ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE YOUNG.

These guys are awesome, i bought a 2005 Honda CR-V and the engine fried itself just after a month, the warranty place they set me up with would not cover the Engine being replaced, The Owner of City line went and got me a new engine for my car and fronted all the money for it himself. If thats not the best customer service out there i dont know what is.

Great experience amazing customer service i went to the malden location and my credit basicly wasnt great the next day i was driving off in my 2015 jeep they did all the leg work found me a great insurance company did the plates and the sticker they were so nice and hustled to make sure i was driving by the next afternoon. The guys selling the cars,nice.hepfull.owner not so much I bought my car there two years ago this March and so far I have put $3,000 into it when I first got it I was told to bring it to a certain garage my sticker was all set ready to go the garage told me they would never pass this car sent it to the dealers mechanic they supposedly fixed it apparently they didnt . An owner argue with me telling me they did .have had to get new struts tie rods control arms ball joints front brakes back brakes.and now my converter is going I have had to fix the valve in my engine even my windshield wiper hose broke.just dont.stay away.

I do not write reviews but I know theses guys went above and beyond to help my situation. The vehicle i got was perfect, detailed, fresh oil change and thoroughly explained the options to me. I paid cash for my 2014 Ford Fusion with 22,466 miles. never have i seen a dealer do what these guys did for me. They picked me up from my job and stayed late to deliver my car. I have now had my vehicle for 3 months and never one issue..

I was looking for a new car, I looked at other 2015 Ford fusions. Came across Cityline and the 2015 Ford Fusion I got with only 15k miles was in perfect condition. The Ford dealer wanted $10,000 more than cityline charge to me. Needless to say they earned my business. My car is still under factory warranty he and I saved a ton of money. BUYER BEWARE! Suspicious activityI baught a cafillac cts here from saleman Anthony for 7850 and was very pleased with the car until I found out that there was a major internal problem with the engine and the car was on its way out. When I brought it back to him it was under the dealership warrantee but he refused to fix the car with the pretence in witch I purchased it. Instead he refused to fix the problem and instead tried to write a 3rd party warrantee and told me to take it to his mechanic, well I did but unfortunatly for me the warrantee he wrote did not cover the problem mind you my original dealership warrantee or my express warantee did. He refused to give me a service reciept no matter how much I asked because he did not want a record. Insteaed I got the run around for 4 months promising me he would take care of the issue but in the end all I got was we cant help you out. Even his mechanic was shocked by his activity. Just so were clear here I paid almost 8 grand for a car that is broken and hes refused to fix the problem that was clearly covered under the warrantee because he didnt want to loose his investment instead I do..legal battle is underway...this has been the worst consumer affair I have everexperienced and its companys like this that prevent consumer America from being safe and fair. Upon filing with the bbb and attorney general I discovered all the open cases that are unresolved they have with the bbb. 4 at least. They have the worst rating you can have and do not respond to complaints obviously because they have no argument..In response to his reply...My original dealership warrantee was for 90 days I was told and issued but after arguing with tony the facts he decided to tell me it was a 60 thinking it was out of the time period but it was still in it at 60 days so now its 30 days. As far as the part he said there was nothing wrong with I have two service summarys that state otherwise..they are blantently lying here be carefully. You should be carefully how you treat people it will effect you.

I have been told story after story about getting a car that i all ready gave a deposit on last wk they are by far the shadyest place i have ever delt with and now they are telling me i cant get my deposit back i told them cash or ck even tho i gave them cash and then u ask for the oweners number or some one that knows whats going on and they dont tell u so if i were u i would not leave a deposit or even buy a car from here

Bought a used car from them that was a lemon. they made me wait 5 days to pick it up because it had to be serviced. turns out they never serviced it. we took the car to our mechanic and found out it needed about $8000 of mechanical work just to pass inspection. of course they didnt believe us so they had it towed to their mechanic made us wait another 5 days just to tell us that its going to cost too much to fix!!! meanwhile we had been renting a car the entire time and they refused to pay for it for one day nevermind the 14 days we had to wait for a vehicle. now its been 6 months and we still have not recieved our sales tax refund because they cant even fill out and send the correct paperwork properly. stay far away from these idiots that call themselves used car dealers or expect to be screwed
