The owner is a great guy, but workers are lazy.

The guy the spoke to me was extremely rude. He first hung up the phone on me when I called asking if I needed to make an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived at the place he said that I could just pay whatever Groupon was charging me. When I went to pay I said $17, and he looked at me and said that he knew that, that I’d told him a million times that it’s $17 and asked me if I was thinking that he was gonna charge more. I already hate going to mechanics because they hate their jobs and lives and are usually extremely rude and impolite, but at this place they go beyond. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Go elsewhere!

Scammers, do NOT do business with them, they will NEVER get the job done after you have made the deal at front with them, they don’t know nothing about mechanics, those scammers will fool you to give them the insurance job, they will promise you anything, everything, once they get money from the insurance company, they will leave you some sxxt, and never get taken care. I’m a victim of those liars. They got $2149 from the insurance, never get the job done! Those theieves! Do NOT do any business with them!This shop named: Auto Narrow, be cautious that do mix with the shop next door named: Autotech which do a great job and have great business reputation!
