Big store, nice staff; not crowded at all!

Biggest GameStop I have ever been in. Great store.

I thought this was a great location, due to its size. Its located in a strip mall, so the store is at least double the size of 1 found in a mall. The staff member was extremely and knowledgeable. Although I went right around Christmas, I was able to find something for my son.

The store manager and his employee were very customer friendly. The employee was nice she answered a few questions I had and also helped me get my online points.

I will always buy hardcopy games from GameStop before anywhere else.

Only 1 guy at the register and he does not know his stuff nor bother to check the system. Told me false information so I didnt get my preorder. Went to another GameStop and got my preorder in. I really hate in store preorder exclusivity.

Nice place to visit but needs improvement on the staff members, I was waiting in line to pay for about 25 minutes because of one person only at the register.

Kinda rushy I know its not a word but they just kinda rushed people in and out sold me the wrong product even after explaining to them what I needed and that I was pretty sure it was not the right one. The one kid was nice and tried to help but still the manager kinda just acted like I was too dumb to know what I was talking about and rushed me out.

Terrible customer service. The employees obviously don’t communicate because I called 2 days ago to reserve the new Xbox elite controller, they had one left, and the person that answered the phone said that they couldn’t put any item on reserve. It’s first come first serve. I couldn’t make it there that day, so I called today to see if they still had it in stock and they said they had one, but it’s on reserve for someone else. What?! They apologized, but what good does that do me? I told them that is completely unfair and if I get there first, I should be able to buy it. They only apologized again. Not good enough.

It’s beyond me how incompetent the staff are in a place that claims power to their players wen there’s never any power on the players end. From the terrible trade in amounts (ea. You can buy a game from there that’s valued for 60 it can still be valued for 60$ and they will have some kind of audacity to offer 30 for the game) to the quality of the items they have sold and maybe it’s just the Malden store that sells them terribly, but i have made purchases through this store multiple times and they have literally sold me a game with a completely different game in the case over 5 times now and the first time there was nothing they could do due to the response time which is fair I understand that unfortunately I’m busy and can’t always meet there 7 day return policy which is 30 days, but it’s 7 if the item is pre owned which is what I was told by multiple people in there, your items in the cd list are labeled alphabetically how do you mix up dead rising with wipe out? Perfect example the letter d that’s 19 letters away and there’s a whole ton of games your able to mix those to up? Maybe it’s time for new staff and a cleaner working area. you will never see myself or my family who’s in there almost every week buying items from this Gamestop again

I enjoy GameStop especially since theyve partnered with ThinkGeek; now they have so much more than games (at least at this Malden location). Its a nice big store so you shouldnt have trouble walking around and looking at anything. Parking is never a problem either, which is a huge plus. They have a great selection of games and consoles and have definitely become my go-to GameStop.

Great Staff and Well kept store always have the newest gear and games and they always know what there talking about.

I stopped going to gamestop in general because they simply over price a lot of games that after a few years shouldnt be that expensive. However a month or two ago I went in to buy minecraft for the switch. I quickly bought it new and left, to my surprise the game wasnt there! Wow second thats happened to me, you have one job, to literally give me the game, I avoided gamestop for some games, but considering Im out a game a second time I wont be buying at any gamestop anymore, I recommend you buy online or directly from somewhere else, they dont deserve your time or money.

Take their jobs to serious, im 23 been going to the same one for over 8 years and even with ID and proof im over 21 they dont accept expired IDs, starting to think thats the RMV

The lady that works in the morning is a bi*** the worst I have ever been treated. I was returning something with the receipt she opened the box and said oh I cant return it its opened are you kidding me utter bull. Seriously bull

The store itself was nice but whoever the associate was behind the counter (dark skin, glasses) around 425pm (7/26/16) was the most rude person I have ever met in my life. Gave sarcastic snappy answers to simple questions.
