Steve and Alex at Van Stry are the best! They produce and distribute fixtures for us with such ease! For a company with hundreds of stores throughout the US, Steve and Alex ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure we love the fixtures they produce, and make sure it arrives to our stores on time, and on budget! I cant say enough good things about Van Stry, especially Steve & Alex!If youre looking for a new fixture vendor- look no further, Van Stry is the way to go!

Horrible!!!!!! All I asked the lady Service rep was: What type of solvent/cement Van Stry uses to create fixtures and items made out of acrylic. Boy was she concerned about me buying 100s of peices of acrylic peices and fixtures at the local Macys liquidation and fixture sale. She never answered my question even after I informed her that the Purchasing Dept at Macys provide me with their number and stated my answer could be obtained by the company who makes the fixtures for Macys. Did she care? No! So I asked for a higher up and that didnt go well either! I never experienced a company that manufactures items they make out of a certain material but have not a clue what they use to manufacture it. Plain and simple: She was not pleased that the company was not aware that Macys was closing some of its stores nationwide, and that part of the liquidation included items made by Van Stry. Well, Macys owned it after they ordered it from you, so whats your beef? After all, I told you I bought the peices of acrylic for a project at a local church. So, eventhough she didnt provide me with the bonding solvent/cement Van Stry uses to create small fixtures from acrylic, I found out anyways!!!!!! One star is really gift. Your pfofessionalism and customer service skills suck!!
