We had a great experience with this store. Passing through the area when we had a part failure on our truck. Alisha went above and beyond to help us find the part at a competitors. We bought everything we needed that was in stock from this location and the other part from the people Alisha called. Absolutely amazing customer service.

I just went in for oil and transmission fluid. Also bought a new shirt. The people working were nice. The store layout is better than others.

Forget about the parts shop here if you want really cool shirts!

I bought a new truck. Wanted to get some plastic window shields or visors for my truck. They didnt have any in stock but stated they could order them and have them in the next day. I was not able to return the next day and would have to wait an additional 24 hrs before I could pick them up because or my job. I was willing to pay up front. The manager stated he would not hold them. He said if I didnt pick them up the next day they would be returned even if I paid for them. I try to help out the local businesses but with service like that I choose the internet. Its usually cheaper and it will show up at my door step. It is sad getting better service online. We need jobs in this state and bad customer service will hurt our local economy. Please do a better job.

Awesome service as always! They dont just sale parts they help you and make sure your getting the stuff you need by helping diagnose the actual problem.

Fast, helpful and inexpensive. They troubleshooted an electrical issue I was having, found the fuse I needed and installed as per my vehicle owners manual. Only had to pay a couple of bucks.

Very rude. Tried to over charge. Rushing. Said they could test starter when I called and we got there and they said they couldnt right after we got off the phone with them. Boss got an attitude with us. Staff didnt know much of what they was doing. Definitely will not be going back and using them!

Great folks to deal with, they are the best. They understood my son was on a budget, and did everything they could to get us the best deal, his truck is back on the road

Extremely helpful and well mannered employees who on numerous times have helped me figure out and find the parts I need as well as direct me to garages when the job would be to difficult for me. Ive gotten a slave cylinder, a distributor cap, and a radiator all from AutoZone in the last 5 years and havent had a single complaint.

Awesome people that are loud and proud for a reason, not one bad visit with these fellas big man gave me a free haircut coupon just cause, these men get the job done! If I had my own shop AutoZone would be SOL!!

I drove from Texas to South Carolina on the way the water pump went bad on my truck. This happened on a sunday afternoon. All the mechanics were closed. I went in to Autozone to get a waterpump and started asking around if any one could install it. They said no and there I was Stuck like Chuck. I sat on the edge of the Autozone parking lot feeling helpless. Drumroll please...... Yep an Autozone employee put on his superman cape and saved the day. He was off work and said whats the problem. I explained and he said let me take a look at it. He had it installed and I was back on the road. His name is Caleb if you go in this store make sure he is a real person. Many times I wonder if he could have been an angel put there to help me dressed up like an Autozone employee. Caleb if youre reading this Huge Thank You !

Will never step foot in another AutoZone again. Didnt want to this last time but they were the only one that had my part on a Sunday. Got home and it was broken. My friend and I took it in to exchange it but it was the only one they had. Determined to get me back on the road he offered to fix it if it didnt void my warranty. Instead of saying a simple yes or no the employees too it upon themselves to destroy a $325 part that I had paid for without asking. Luckily, it was exchanged it the next day by another employee. Hours wasted because they PRIED my alternator apart. 😠
