Incompetent, uncaring, worthless. Use one of the other local pharmacies instead. Hung on on after waiting more than 20 minutes in a row on multiple occasions. This is how they typically handle a high call volume. Do not understand how to work with local doctors offices, and will not follow up so youre on your own. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
I set up an appointment to get a covid test and the store at 308 S Main in Malvern Arkansas had no record of it, so I had to set up another appointment for the following day. I show up to the appointment and they tell me they are out of tests and cant test me. They had my phone number and my email and yet did not inform me so now I have to miss more work because of them. I honestly dont understand they couldnt have the decency to call me and let me know so that I could make other arrangements. I hope that one day you understand customer service, and hopefully one day you will get a decent automated service for the customer service call line as well. Your whole business model just seems to be nothing but hot garbage.
Its never too crowded and everyone is helpful and friendly. Usually has what I want. Could carry more food products

Extremely rude staff at the pharmacy. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever gone to. They frequently tell me a prescription will be covered by insurance when its not, and they do not work with customers to understand what or how many medications are covered by insurance. Ill come into the pharmacy thinking Im paying one price, but then it ends up being twice or three times what I expected from earlier conversations with the pharmacy. They are very inconsistent, and do not work with people at all. They will also make you feel like youre the one being difficult.

The Pharmacy is awful!! I went through the drive-through at 4:00 they told me it would be 20 minutes. I came back at 5:00 (a hour later) went inside this time and they told me it would be 40 minutes!! I told him no it should be ready they told me 20 minutes a hour ago he explained to me that they were super busy🙄😒 Then he tells me “ I’ll put down that you are waiting so it will be a little faster”. I have two toddlers so no way I’m waiting in Walgreens for 40 minutes so I asked my husband to pick it up on his way home. At 5:45 I receive a phone call from Walgreens saying that my prescription is ready. My husband gets there at 7:00 they told him it would ready in 20 minutes 🤬 he told them no I’m not waiting! Two minutes later he brought my husband the medicine and we paid double what we normally pay at Fred’s. I called them to ask them why it was so much more is this not the generic brand or what? They told me yes it’s the generic brand the exact same one I get at Fred’s their prices are just different. Hmm🤔 different, no ridiculous!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!
The Pharmacy Manager Adam Lucas in the Malvern Arkansas Store is worthless and they refuse to get rid of him. The other Pharmacist and Techs are not any better either. No one is caring friendly or have compassion at All. This Store in 6 months time, went from Busy to Well go there and see. They have to close the Drive-Thru now because the business is so slow they dont have but a few employees working in it. Maybe when the Headquarters gets that this store is suffering they will get it together and a clean house. The Best Part of The Story is I found a better Pharmacy and others have 2. So we dont have to suffer from this trainwreck store anymore. Thats the best part of Choices.
The pharmacy here is horrible the drive through is never less than a 30 min wait when your prescription is already waiting on you to pick it up. No matter whether your going inside or the drive through make sure you have a hour to kill.

Cant get prescriptions when sick!! They just blame it on others. Never have this problem at other pharmacies.
This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy! The woman behind the counter was snarky and rude and I was charged 5X as much for a prescription that my husband had filled at another pharmacy just days earlier! I have been using this pharmacy for years and today they lost my business and my respect!
The absolute worst drive through I have ever dealt with. Called ahead to make sure the prescription was ready and was told it was. Show up 45 minutes later and was told it wasn’t. Not the first time my family has dealt with them and their attitude.
Their customer service is ridiculous. When you drop a prescription off to be filled at 4:00 p.m. and they tell you it will be ready at 5:30 p.m., which should be more than enough time, and then you drive back into town to pick it up (and its not just right up the road) & its not ready because they put it on hold!!??!! Really??If I wanted it on hold I wouldnt have dropped it off to be filled in the first place. On top of that their automated service called and text that it was ready for pick up. Not to mention one of the meds to be filled they didnt even bother filling because as they said its cheaper over the counter, yet they failed to call and ask me if I would rather buy it over the counter or have it filled. Yes, they were trying to save me money but had I been anyone else, say someone who has to depend on someone else to take them to do there errands in town and was on a time schedule and couldnt wait another 30 mins - 1 hour for them to do what they were suppose to in the first place and what they said was already ready for pick up that person could possibly end up going without meds they need, regardless if it ended up only being till the next morning. Just seems they need more competent employees. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. If this were the first time a problem arose I would give them another try but Ive had too many problems at this location. Its now 8:00 p.m. and it was just picked up and instead of filling the prescription that I told them to just fill instead of buying it over the counter they still didnt fill!!
