Teeter motor company is an awesome dealer. My brother and his wife borrowed my 2020 Chevrolet traverse for a trip from Waco Texas to upstate New York. On that trip my brother called and said we need an oil change, so I told him I would find a place along the way. I came across this dealer and called him. They were willing to get him in within the hour and he told me they only spent 30 minutes there for a full service oil change. He also told me that they couldn’t have been more friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone needing service.

Had a air bag recall on my 2007 Silverado. The card said to call Teeter to have the repair done.Call Teeter Service Department and the gentleman said they had one part in stock and I will put your name on it and be here tomorrow at 1:00 and we take care of you. Got there around 12:45 and a gentleman wrote it up and told me it would be about 45 minutes job. Sign the paper work and drove off about 2:00 and the gentleman told me to have a great day. Made me feel great.

Friendliness will only take you so far. I took my suv in to ha e a correlation relearn do on it because they seem to be the only one in town close enough with a computer that will do it. So they put a obd2 reader on it and tell me I have misfires and read me codes. And sent me on my way.. Well guys, I the codes, I too have an obd2 reader. Thanks for waisting my time and money.

I needed a key made for a 2001 suburban. I called around and most locksmiths wouldnt touch it. As I just got the title and registration, I was told to try the Chevrolet dealer here in malvern. They were out of stock on the blanks but had some on backorder. Long story short in and out in 15 ishikawa minutes with the best fitting key I have had made. 16.50 total cost and works like a charm . . Highly recommend if you need help these guys are awesome.

Larry & Byron were great to deal with. We got straight to the point and agreed to a price over the phone. I flew in to the local airport to pick up the car and was picked up by the Dealer Principal. I went to buy a part for the car. Theyre friendly and I was surprised to find they were cheaper than if I had ordered it online.

Absolutely the worst place to buy a car. I was bold face lied to about the car we bought. My transmission had gone out on my Tahoe, and I needed a car to get back and forth from clinical; my family decided they would buy me a car, so we went to Teeters because a few people said they had pretty good deals on good cars. We drove up from Hot Springs, talked to a guy named Larry, he brought out a maroon 2005 Chevy Malibu - he swore down there was nothing wrong with it, no previous problems, no service lights - I drove it and we paid for it. Why shouldnt I believe someone who is getting paid outright for a car? We explained how important it was that this car work.The next day my check engine light comes on, my car stops accelerating. We called Teeters - they werent going to do anything for me. I took the car to my mechanic and they replaced a lot of parts on the car - it cost me 311.93. Did I expect to have to have some work done on the car? Sure, it was a used car.However, they thought they fixed the problem, but they didnt. The car started limping out while I was driving again; took it back to my mechanic and now whats wrong with it they cant fix.They assured me though that the previous owner was having these problems - that when they sold me this car they bold face lied to me about it being a good car.So, we call Teeters back - this time asking for some decent trade in so we can buy another car (Sounds like insanity right? At this point Im just trying to get a car that runs) they refuse to give us any decent trade in.Worst car dealership ever - I will be sure to tell all my friends and family; I will also be sure to leave this review everywhere I can.

Vehicle wouldnt start, they got it started but now the air conditioner doesntd work and it has a miss at idle. It didnt before. Cost me $800! I called and they said it would cost me another charge for a diagnosis. AC worked great and idled smooth, now it doesnt. After $800 you would think I wouldnt have other things broke to fix one thing. Never going back there again.the owner contacted me and said he would make it right. I appreciated that, that doesnt happen often so I would do business with them.

This place will cheat you every time. Theyll tell you that you need a 6,000$ fuel injector total replacement even though all you needed was new o-rings on your fuel filter housing. What a joke. Then they wanna charge you for their diagnostic test saying it cost more than 100$ for them to pull your dip stick and check your oil to determine that theres a fuel injector leaking into your crank box. Sorry, but dont go here. Ever. They cant be trusted.

We went to teeters to have some recall work done on my car. Well we also got a broken lock on the drivers side and a scratch on the inside of my windshield. I guess when they gave me a loaner car with no gas in it and told me you should make it to the gas station should have been a big red flag! I wont ever go back! Tried to call the service manager but he wasnt there and he never call me back!

Once approved for $250 credit but have to have a cosigner appreciate what they shared with us and gave us a $5 gift card to Walmart thank you Peters
