I love my local Tractor Supply, except when I receive coupons for Canidae Dog Food and they don’t carry it. The coupon comes from Tractor Supply and this is the second time this has happened! I live twenty five miles to the next store.

I tried going to the area lumber store which carries tools and they rarely had what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised with Tractor Supply with their selection. I go there often first and if I’m forced I will go to the lumber store. I recommend trying it out.

I went to the store to get my dog his food the other night and I wasnt aware that they were closing early and I got there and started to go in and a young man in the parking lot told me they were closed and I said oh no my dog doesn’t have any food and I don’t know where to go to get his kind of food and he was so nice and opened up the store and went in and got me the dog food and told me I could come back tomorrow and pay for it. I was so thankful for him!! Just wanted to let y’all know what a nice young man they have at there store. The lady said his name is Joey so Joey if you read this I really appreciate what you did for me that night! Still good young people in this world ♥️

Employees are friendly and helpful..people in Malvern are just a little nicer and try to make your day better. I enjoy seeing them every week. Plus store is clean and organized.

Way over priced and not a big variety of anything really.

They are extremely friendly, but never go out of their way to see if you need help. Other than that I love the selections and brands they carry. Also always super attentive to all animals who come to see them.

TS is a great place to shop. Its more than just a farm store. They have clothing, tools, farm supplies, animals, and toys. The staff is always very helpful. They are knowledgeable and will research what they dont know. Selection is really quite good and they are usually well stocked. There is always really cool seasonal items.

This store always has exactly what Im looki g for whether it be pet food or lawn care. The staff is courteous but not always the fastest. Still a great place to spend your money and find what you need easily.

Well stocked store. We purchased fruit trees. All of the trees looked really healthy and at a good price except the Bartlett pear. They had a lot of black leaves but were regular price.

I’d give zero stars if it was an option. I called 2 times and asked when and if they’d have chickens. Was told 8 AM sharp, drove ALL THE WAY to Malvern to get these chickens only to be told by the same manager I spoke with twice over the phone that she didn’t know when they’d arrive..... that would have been nice to know the first 2 phone calls. As A manager you could accept some responsibility for this, instead you had an attitude with a paying customer who was upset after literally calling 2 times.

Joey was very helpful getting all I needed to set up my new electric fencing and made sure I understood what to do installing it.

Over priced and good luck getting help even as a disabled veteran. Small women arent offered help to carry and load feed. If your disabled might be better to go elsewhere

Customer service has improved a lot. Today was the first time I was asked to be helped and it happened by three different associates, normally I would have to search for help. Good to see the improvements. Now work on the clutter. The store is too cramped.

Really like shopping in this store, has much more than tractor stuff. Has a nice selection of clothing... jeans, shirts, boots, for men and women. (Not just work clothing )

Love this store as its close to my house. Had a terrible time finding an employee to help me out. Cashier at the front waited on a customer, left to help her and never came back. I was still waiting for some help. Found the service desk and same thing happened. Finally a guy outside saw me looking around, stopped his break just to see if i needed help. Wish I knew his name because he stepped up and did his job!

Great Pleasant staff at TSC Malvern, AR, and a always well stocked store. Many from Benton, AR are driving miles out of the way due to rude employees and lack of stocking being a constant at Benton store plus the lack of corporate to respond to pH calls when being told they are required to make contact in 48 hours. Even after multiple calls to make them aware and t give positive comments on other stores. No one cares, this has occurred w several individuals.

Just about anything you want for farming. Love this place nice service. :-)

Good store, doesnt have everything I want but has most of the things I need...

Staff is pretty friendly and helpful, store is kept up pretty good. Other than that what do I know. Its a store for farmer cowboy rancher types. I go there to buy dogfood and get my son his red necky hats, boots and other such acotrouments. Atwoods seems to have a little better selection and pricing on that stuff but I still like to go in and browse as it seems to be inviting and cozy.

I really like that everytime I go, everything I get and look for is always in stock. Pretty good prices on most things.

Low on supplies, need to keep better stock on bolts, screws, nuts etc. Manager and staff is always nice and helpful Just wish they had better stock so we could shop more locally to keep money in our town. 😁

This is my first visit! I REALLY like this place. I had no idea what all they have - bird seed, crocs clothes - a GREAT place to shop!

Many times they are out of things I need. Cashiers are hard to get to the register unless they are already checking someone out.

Tractor Supply advertised a free standing wood fire place and all associated piping on their web site. We drove 30 miles to that store to purchase the fire place and they did not have any of it in the store. Bad customer service.
