Ive been driving for over 25 years and experienced my first fender bender. I took my car in and they were absolutely awesome. I received updates on my repairs every few days. They even took the time to make sure I understood everything that was an issue and what my options were for correcting the damage. An extremely experienced owner (been in business longer than Ive been alive!) who is polite, respectful, and genuinely treats you like a person and not a paycheck. The repairs were phenomenal. No tiny scratches, no paint drips, and my car runs perfectly. I hope to never have to go back, but Im glad I know a place that will take care of me if the need arises.

Used East Coast for an insurance claim to replace my rear bumper. The replacement looks good and paint matches. It was ready when he said it would be and in much better condition... They vacuumed the entire interior and even got all the dog hair, which I was beginning to think was impossible. Very pleased!
