I needed a sliding glass door panel replaced and the screen. ABC was my number one choice. Buster came out to measure he was friendly and knowledgeable and called as requested when on his way. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for my order to come in and surprisingly I got a call from Mike to set up the install just two weeks later. Brandon and Eli came to install and again called on their way which was very helpful they actually came earlier then appointment time which worked out perfect. They did a wonderful job. They were quick, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.

These guys are amazing! They have come back to address every one of my concerns about the glass enclosed shower, which is gorgeous. It does not look like it belongs in my house, its something out of some fancy hotel in magazines! Our shower tile was not graded to drain well enough and the gentlemen have done everything possible to make it drain better and have no leaks while spraying it down for cleaning. I am impressed and glad we used ABC Glass & Mirror!

Excellent and friendly customer service. I had my large bathroom mirror cut by ABC Glass and Mirror today and could not be happier with the results. Justin and Harvey completed the mirror cut while I waited. As a backup option, Justin had my mirror measured by Harvey before it was cut and provided me a quote for a brand new mirror replacement if the old one continues to have de-silvering problems. Very pleased with my experience with this excellent company.

I needed to have a custom piece of glass cut to fit in a hutch. We dropped of the template just before 9 am and it was ready to go by 11 am! We were thrilled. ABC Glass and Mirror installed our shower last month, and the results are exactly what we hoped for! We got quotes from several glass companies before choosing abc glass, and most wouldnt provide the configuration we wanted and insisted on using a wider glass panel instead. ABC not only was able to install the configuration we wanted, but was cheaper than the one other company I found that was comfortable doing the design. Wow - these guys went way out of their way to help me. We sold our house and the home inspection had 22 windows with broken seals. The buyer wouldnt take cash (I know, right??) but instead wanted us to repair or replace the windows. The first quote I got was from a well known big box store. It was for a crazy price - like twenty thousand dollars. Another quote was from a window company, but still like $750 per window. ABC Glass and Mirror came in and was able to JUST replace the glass, without having to replace the entire window frames. Not only was the price way better, but they came in one day, measured, then did a one day install. We did have one issue with window thickness measurements on a couple windows, but they handled it fast and professionally. In a really stressful time, they made this window install a breeze. From the fast and competitive bid to the beautiful installation ABC glass has outperformed my expectations. Justin answered all my questions and set me up with hardware to match my shower fixtures and explained how the install would go. Edgar and Mario installed a frameless shower surround with hinged door on my master shower and a sliding door on the guest bath/shower. Both look great and both bathrooms look as clean as when they arrived. Top notch!

We have had to partially remodel our master bath due to a leaky tub. Our old shower enclosure was too beat up to bother salvaging it. ABC came out on short notice, VERY carefully measured our shower, and promptly submitted a bid in writing. We solicited four bids; one was simply a price, without details. Another was more detailed based on our sketch, but did not include an in-home estimate, just a spec sheet and price. We have never had this done before, so we were looking for information about the details. Two companies sent estimators. The other company was nice enough, but provided little explanation. ABC’s estimator was excellent at explaining options and their benefits. (If any of you have sales experience, as my wife does, you know that mentioning a feature is not as helpful to the customer as explaining the benefit(s) of that feature.). ABC educated us. Their bid specifically detailed all components; although slightly higher, we chose ABC. I was here for the entire installation and I was impressed ... by the crew (Juan and Mario, if memory servesj, with the materials, and with the sturdy mounting system. We are well pleased.

We had a half moon window replaced in the master bedroom.I had the best experience with ABC Glass.When I called for an estimate, I spoke with a very friendly staff member who arranged for Buster to come by the house within a week. The installed a glass shower enclosure with a sliding glass door, as well as a large vanity beveled vanity mirror. The entire experience was excellent. They took the time to do very careful measurements, order the glass, and installed it just under two weeks later. Actual installation took about 4 hours. Beautiful job, reasonable prices, no issues.

I received the estimate and there was one line on it stating the cost of the job. I requested an itemized list only to be told, rather rudely, that with one window this was the price and there was nothing to itemize. When I pushed and stated I would like a breakdown of the ladder fee they were charging, the travel costs since I am three miles from their office, etc. I never even heard back from the lady. Her name is Daphne.Update - I got a call from Daphne apologizing and offering a 10% discount. I liked the quote and the installers so I decided to go with them and hope they would do a good job. They did a wonderful job. The installers were super fast, neat, and respectful and paying for the services was a breeze. Happy it all worked out.

ABC Glass is Simply Terrific!ABC Glass provided the glass enclosures for my master bath shower and for the hall bath tub. The work was done about three years ago through a design/build contractor. When I called ABC Glass to say the handle was loose on the shower door and I was unable to open the set screw, they found the reference to the work in their files even though it was done by a third party and immediately said they would try to have someone come out and fix the problem. Meaghan put me on hold for a minute and told me that Rick and Ed were nearby and would be over in 30 minutes to fix things. She confirmed they had all they would need on the truck.The workmen arrived within the promised time window and worked quickly. They were like a surgical team - one was in the tub working the screws and the other was handing him the tools he needed. They showed me what had to be done so I could do it the next time myself - if I wanted to. What especially impressed me was that they were not so in a hurry to leave that they did not want to figure out why the handle got loose in the first place. They noticed that the door stop atop the rail had shifted and needed to be reset and tightened - which they did - to prevent the door handle from hitting an adjacent piece of glass upon being opened. It was a small thing in one sense but they took the time to do the full job and to try to prevent a reoccurrence.I asked for the bill as they were leaving. I was told that there was no charge for all of this work. I tried to tip the men and they both said I did not have to do that. I insisted. WOW! Just plain WOW!It is so impressive when a company stands so completely by their work and has office and field staff who are so polite, efficient and talented. Hence my 5-star rating.

Ive used ABC Glass and Mirror twice now and I cant tell you how happy I am with them. The first job was a custom-sized double sliding glass door for my family room and the second job was a custom-sized double-sliding frameless shower door. And when I say custom I mean totally irregular measurements. The shower opening I built was off by over an inch from the bottom to the top on either side and the measurement from shower pan to the ceiling was equally askew. ABC built a perfect fit shower door where all sides seal perfectly and even though I know the measurements of my opening are off, I cant tell at all. The product is gorgeous and worth every penny! As for their staff, every single one of them I dealt with are professional, courteous, polite and totally competent. I have two more bathrooms I will be remodeling in the next 18 months and ABC is already my choice to install the the new shower doors. You wont be disappointed.

We had a very old double hung window with a failed seal, causing it to fog up. Calling window replacement companies meant a 3 window or $1,000 minimum. The first glass company I called quoted $400-500 due to an hourly labor minimum. Mike quoted $300, measured within a day, and the glass was installed within a week (earlier than estimated). He even showed me how to remove the lower window so I could replace the screens myself. Prompt, professional, friendly service from everyone we dealt with at ABC, at a fair price. Call them before you call anyone else!

I have been treated with full respection since the beginning even my purchase is small. Each staff is so friendly and I love the office atmosphere. I even received some advice to fix the issue with my shower door installled long time ago by someone else. It makes me feel like I was back to Kentucky. Called this store today to attempt to get information on ordering a piece of glass I need for a specialty project and the women who answered the phone was extremely short and rude. She made me feel like I was wasting her time even bothering to call them and ask my questions and she cut me off mid sentence when I was asking my second question. I had more questions but she obviously didnt have time to deal with my inquiry. Will never recommend this place to anyone.
