Great company! We recently rented a moonbounce and had an excellent experience. The office staff were helpful and courteous. The delivery/pickup staff were also very nice. We will definitely be renting from them again!
We had a great experience with Big Country Amusements. We rented the George Mason Basketball Hoop for the Fairfax City Fall Festival.We had to change our times of rental, but the office staff was very polite and helpful despite it being a very busy day for them.On the day of the delivery, the truck was unable to go to our spot. However, the delivery people did not complain. They just parked where they could and carried the items. They were fast and efficient. When it was time to collect the hoop, they were on time and had the items packed up and put away quickly.If you are looking for a company to rent from, you will be very happy with your experience with Big Country Amusements.

They were always available any time we needed questions answered and even were able to accommodate some last minute changes. We will ALWAYS use Big County Amusements as our go-to for events from now on. Thanks again for an awesome, stress free event!
The reservation process was very easy. It was nice to hear that our previous rental history was easily accessible which made it even easier. The delivery staff was on time and professional and when the event was over, clean up was a breeze. We had a slight issue with one of the games we rented. When we informed Big Country, they were responsive and offered apologies and a credit to our account which will help next year for our fund raising event.
I cant speak highly enough of this company. They are very responsive to the needs of their customers, the rates are great, and they handle all the heavy lifting! They were easy to work with and accommodating to our last minute requests. We had 2 great events using Big Country Amusements last year, and look forward to working with them more this year!
In a world where events are not allowed and anxieties are at an ultra high due to COVID; BCA refused to refund us money as we had to cancel our event for reasons out of our control - the Governors restrictions. One would think, they would work with those in their community like most business are doing on refunding money back etc; their lack of business dynamic and working with the customer is a reason to stay away. Shame on you during this difficult time.
Best rental EVER! Scheduled the Surf the Wave water slide for our family party after finding out it was going to be 100 degrees that day.Delivery arrived as scheduled and setup was quick! Kids and adults had tons of fun cooling off during the day and well into the evening hours.Thanks Big Country Amusements! Couldnt have been more pleased with the rental!
People of all ages loved the corn hole and kids loved the climb/slide. It was in constant use. Setup and take down were handled perfectly, too. Thanks for helping our event be a success.

We have an ongoing relationship with Big Country. They do many events for us each year. They are professional from booking the event to cleanup at the end. They are quick to respond when you are scheduling. They team that comes to run the equipment is always very kind, flexible and does their job.

Big Country Amusements never fails to impress. They are always prompt, courteous and great to work with. Our farm has used them for countless events renting the moon bounce, obstacle course and bull. When the power for one of he bounces wasnt strong enough, the operator just switched it out before he left without even mentioning a word. They lent an extra tarp to me when we needed one to the location and when I had to do a rare one day cancellation of one of the pieces they credited my account back. Great communication!

Had a great party and largely due to Big Country Amusements! Staff was great with all the kids and the moon bounce we rented was a blast. Solid 5 stars! The riding bull was a lot of fun too. A few made it over 30 seconds.

Big Country is always amazing to work with and they always have the coolest selection of items available for all ages! I wouldnt work with anyone else for my inflatable or gaming needs!
I would HIGHLY recommend Big Country Amusements. They were flexible, professional and when the equipment arrived (15 minutes before they were to deliver it, which was great), it was much cleaner than I expected it to be.
So Much Stress Putting Together My Children’s Birthday Parties & On The Day Of But Honestly Thee ONLY Thing That Made Me Smile (besides the food) Was The Moonbounce !
