D-Andre was an excellent representative for the shop and EVEN assisted the ONE and only technician/ installer who was working in the shop after 4:30 PM on 10/25/2021! I had purchased 4 new tires and had a 4:00 PM appointment to get them installed. The bad thing is that my car didn’t even get pulled into the shop/work bay until 6:11 PM. The saving grace was that D-Andre stepped back into the shop to help the tech get the job done! Would have been a 5 STAR review except for the fact that time is money and poor employee scheduling wasted my valuable time! On a side note, it is sad to hear that this shop is losing a great sales person (D-Andre) in a few days. On to greener pastures…

As always, I was very pleased with the service and kindness at NTB. Was having a battery issue, they did a test that showed I needed a new battery, had the battery and gone in about 45 minutes. Keep up the great work guys!!!!! Thank you

We had our breaks and routers replaced on our car. The break pad fell of while it was being driven. The car was “repaired” when we called to have it returned we were told “we don’t offer that service nor do we come to pick you up.” I told them it was their reason the car was there in the first place. It is our only car.They would not arrange for a rental. When asked to speak to the manager we were told he wasn’t there and they had no idea when he would be. They would not give out his number, which I understand. They would not make any arrangements for us to speak to the manager.Instead the owner who is 74yo had to walk 5 miles in 90 degree weather if he wanted his car.

Tee and Flores did a great job. Tee is very friendly and great with communication. Flores figured out what was going on with my car quickly and was very informative and not condescending. The time frame was better than expected and I will definitely be back in the future.

I came in as a walk in and even though they had multiple appointments DAndre managed to fit me in. I appreciate DAndre, Clarence, and Josue for their professionalism even at closing. I know they were exhausted but still helped me with a smile. I will be back.

Had to get new tires before my daughter went back to college for the winter. Both DeAndre Walters and Gregory Craft were able to get me in the same day and got me a great deal.

I work in Merrifield, VA but I live near Fredricksburg, VA. I found that I had a slow leak in one of my tires as I was leaving work to go home and all of the shops that I called were already booked out at least 4 hours or more. I have had work done by this Manassas NTB before so I took a chance and stopped by on my way home. I was put in line to be worked on and was fixed and headed out the door for home within 2 hours, even though I heard them inform customers on the phone that they were running 4 hours or more of a wait.They have always been friendly, efficient and reasonably priced and I will continue to take my business to them whenever it is possible. Definitely a five star shop with 5 star personnel.

I appreciate honesty, especially in situations where its hard to admit you dont know, or its easy to take advantage of people relying on you. Im having a very particular issue with my 2017 Hellcat that the dealership was not able to diagnose, and tried to pull the wool over my eyes and charge me into oblivion. This NTB, with competent mechanics, had the integrity to say we dont think its what the dealer says, but we arent sure what it is either, and we dont want to promise you we can fix it if we arent sure. Im a little bummed that Im stuck with this noise, but relieved that I know theres a place I can get an honest opinion, because theyre so few and far between these days. They also pointed me in the direction of another shop that might be able to help.

NOT impressed at all. Oil change and tire rotation done.they didn’t reset my oil change computer and failed to pump my front tires to the correct pressure. Had two alarms flashing going down the road. Makes me suspect of overall workmanship. Not going there again.

I was hoping this trip was going to be better than some of the other places Ive been to in the past. Honestly it was the best experience Ive had in a while when it comes to tires. The WORST place ever. I had scheduled a 1pm appointment and it’s almost 2:30 and my car is still not ready. On top of the fact I had came in for a simple oil change and they are saying I need all of this extra stuff like I’m so tired of these tire shops always trying to get over on females. They are telling me one thing and when I had another male figure step in they are saying something else. Just a big scam .

I walked in and said I need tire repair man said cant do it today, But Then he noticed I had already taken it off the car Apparently that made a big difference inspected the tire and then showed me that it was not gonna be repairable but in the snap of my fingers I had a new tire on the rim balanced and ready to go for under a $175 which for the tires I require was a bargain These guys Come highly recommended by me just take your wheels off if you have any concerns about scheduling,lol.

Im that customer. I walked through the door 2 minutes after opening, bleary eyed, and was greeted by a smiling face. Even though she had her mask on, I could tell Morgan was smiling.Morgan handled my problem with efficiency and kindness. I myself am a Customer Service professional with 19 years experience - I know quality when I see it. I never did get to interact with the mechanic, but he also deserves credit - he did excellent work and right on time - I wasnt even late for work.KUDOS TO MORGAN!

Great customer service.

It was fast and the people were friendly. It was half the price of some of the other oil change places and I got a free tire rotation all for $24. My check engine light was also on and the guy at the desk just gave me so free recommendations for things to do before having an inspection.

Not sure I will return to this location. Ive been using this location for my oil changes and etc... for years. I recently went in for an oil change to find a new manager Dan Carter (Im not sure what happened to Amir, he was awesome). Mr. Carter seemed very polite and professional at first. He approached me outside as I was waiting and wanted to see the coupon I had told him about. He acted like he had never seen one before. Its a postcard coupon I have received for years from NTB. Yeah, I dont make counterfeit coupons in my spare time. He then proceeds to tell me well I think your car takes more than 5 quarts of oil. Um, no it never has and never will. I literally thought he was trying to get out of honoring the coupon. He tells me to come inside as he will get me rang up and out of there. Then, he proceeds to tell me that I need to keep an eye on my serpentine belt and what to do it it breaks. Um, like really because I had it replaced at this location a couple of years ago. So, he goes in the shop and I go inside to pay. Im waiting and waiting, he never shows up instead he has his other associate check me out. What embarrassed? Well you should be!!

The staff there is very professional and courteous. I went in there thinking I had a bent rim and they thoroughly check out the vehicle and fixed the problem. I am highly impressed and will definitely be going back for all my vehicles!!

The Store manager, Dan Carter at the Manassas NTB, is phenomenal! He was very considerate, courteous, funny and tactful. When I called for my 1st alignment appointment, He gave me an estimate and told me in person how long it would take. After the car was done, he explained how the toe was out of alignment and that it was a good thing that I came in to get it done. Otherwise, I would have lost a lot of rubber on my front tire! 😬😅 I would totally trust him with my car any day! He cares about his customers as well as their cars. Thanks for everything Dan!👌😎

Superb service! Friendly staff and great customer service. I took my car in for a 4 wheel alignment cause when I drove my steering wheel was straight but my car went to the side and they made it perfect. And a very reasonable price and affordable and didnt wait that long to get it done. Ill definitely be going there again if I need something. They earned my trust and my business.

Terrible service, for the $400.00 they tried to charge me I went to pep boys and got not only a better battery but for $240.00 cheaper. The other service I needed was my headlight replaced and I dont even wanna talk about it.

Manager Tee gets things done

I worked with Dan at the front desk. He was exceptional, wonderful customer service, friendly and knowledgable. I came in after I went to a different shop to get my brakes done. I walked into the other shop needing brakes but otherwise my car was Fine. When I left my car drove bumpy, couldnt go over 60 with out violently shaking and by the next day I had a flat with two bolts in it (i had declined tires at the other shop and i think they gifted me the bolts in attempt to get me to come back and get tires - Super Shady of the other shop) needless to say i went straight to NTB insteadDan and the mechanics at NTB were awesome- got me all fixed up and quick. They set it up so I had my car towed from my home and only had to come into the shop a few hours later to pick up and pay- COVID friendly! My car drives Great now! Thanks Dan and my NTB mechanics!!

Came in to get two new tires, which were a very fair price. Was a bit of a wait but I was quite impressed with the service as I also had a nail in my rear tire which they patched at no charge since we had purchased the tire from them previously. Good customer service and will definitely come back here next time.

I was apprehensive about going back to NTB because of previous experiences Ive had at other NTBs in Manassas. I would like to say that I am extremely impressed with this location. They were able to squeeze me in to get an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to do this because they knew when they had dependable staff arriving and let me know it would be just a little bit longer than usual, unlike the other location where I scheduled an appointment and waited over 3 hours for an oil change. I will always go to this location, they are friendly, well staffed and their customer service is amazing.

I get to the place 10 minutes before they close and the guys didnt help because of that poor service.

My wife and I took her Subaru to this particular NTB last weekend. We had been told by a local garage that we needed struts that would cost $2900. The manager and the staff at NTB were spectacular! We ended up having two tires that were severely out of balance, and the bill was very reasonable. NTB did not try to sell us more expensive services than needed. We will definitely take our car to this NTB the next time we need service.

Excellent and fast service. They dont push services on you when you go in knowing what you need done. They forgot to install my new wipers and called me after I left the store to ask me to come back, and apologized profusely. Very courteous. Clean waiting area with free coffee.

If you want to waste you money go here .This place has changed a lotI have been a customer for the last 8 years never had any issue and today October 7th I have to find me another tire place to do my 5 company vehicles that these guys has been taken care of.My wife took our SUV this morning cause one front tire keeps loosing air since the day they’d installed it, they say that it wouldn’t be cover under the warranty and need to buy a new set of tires with no discount when the problem is theirs to begin with, also they claimed that the store did not do the work because it was done in the Warrenton location and when I called to corporate they told me that “ANY Merchant Tire will take care of it, just go to any of our branch, IS IN THE SYSTEM “Well today the wife goes to this location and they refused to fix the problem and told her that they need to change all 4 tires for “FULL PRICE NO EVEN DISCOUNT” even when my tires still 12,000 miles under the warranty,If this is the treatment I get for being a loyal customer for years I rather take my business somewhere I can be treat it fairly.I wasn’t asking for free tires but for them to take responsibility for the one they have installed and to respect the warranty on the products they sell to customers but instead basically I got a“FORGET THE WARRANTY AND DROP ANOTHER $1,100 FOR ANOTHER SET”Not even deserve 1 star but it’s the only way to leave a comment

Excellent service from Katie. She identified an affordable solution for my problem and did not push extra stuff that I did not need at that time. Will be coming here more often now for routine maintenance because of her excellent customer service.
