Its a lovely target and had a lot of items you dont normally see at a Target (this is a Super Target). Very clean and organized!

Shelves were empty understandable due to current situation in the states. Mens clothing selection was not the best either.

Great store, very helpful and very nice employees. Very clean and easy to find what you need. Mr. Shelton even helped me find buttermilk in back for me. Very nice thank you!

The worst experience I have had at a Target. I will never shop at this store again and if this doesn’t get resolved Target will surely lose a customer. I brought in an item that I needed in a bigger size. I scanned it in the store myself and it brought up the correct item but magically when it got scanned by the customer service rep it changed the color of the item. I didn’t notice it until I got the confirmation email showing the exchange and realized the color was wrong. So I called the Target customer service line. I was told I had to go back to the store to fix it. I felt like that wasn’t the best option seeing as the store is 30 mins from my house and driving back to fix a mistake that wasn’t my own was incredibly inconvenient. So I called the store’s customer service line and they told me the only way to fix the problem was to drive back to the store. I begrudgingly drove back to the store and when I get there the person that made the mistake offered me no apology, instead he was trying to show his manager why it wasn’t his fault. Then whose fault was it? He never apologized. The manager tried to help and gave me a $10 gift card since he didn’t have any coupons to give me for the inconvenience, but told me that I would (get this) need to go ONLINE to fix the problem since the order was made on Target.com. So I call customer service AGAIN and they can’t do anything because the order is already in transit. So why did I need to drive back to the store if essentially NO ONE could help? Hours of my time wasted and I still am not getting the item I originally wanted. I’m not sure I even want the item anymore or the gift card to be honest. Throwing money at the problem doesn’t make up for wasted time and an awful experience. I am disgusted by this type of customer service

(long) Ever since Ive been shopping at this target the staff has always been really nice but today one lady was extremely helpful when she didnt have to be... There was a power outage and all of the perishables were covered and closed to the public to keep them as cold as possible. My son was non stop asking for the chobani flip cookies and yogurt, we did our regular shopping and told him that area was closed we couldnt get any. My son spots a target employee and says maybe she can get it. So i ask her the ETA of when theyre re opening the section, she wasnt sure but i asked her if she could get me the yogurt (i was not expecting her to say yes but she did !) My son was so happy. Anyway to the the lady who helped us, thank you so much !

This place will be rated -10 stars. Manager does not have any idea how to solve there employees problems. I was supposed to pick a phone yesterday. I call and was not inform that their mobile area closes at 5pm got here 530 after driving 120 minutes from work. I was told to come next day between 11-5pm. Got there by 1120am and I was told that representative call out. Now manager said to come some other day. Manager has no training in mobile so he couldn’t do anything. This is by far the worst target. Make me loose my time gas money. And on top of that they weren’t able to let me know when I can come back?

I did not get her name, but the associate who helped me purchase the laptop and protection plan was polite, professional and patient. She answered all of my questions. Also, I was trying to pay with Google pay and was having issues and she assisted me and showed no sign of annoyance, although it was my error.

Just used the drive up service at Target...So simple to order my stuff and will certainly use it again. Short wait time at the store once it was ready. This will be a great service for those days when Im not feeling well but still need stuff.

Target had everything I ordered correctly picked, held it until I could get there, it was quick and efficient, and most importantly, their staff was friendly!! Cant ask for even half of that... but they aced them all!

The pharmacy workers and cashiers are friendly, professional, and efficient. They almost always have just what Im looking for, and the store is always clean and organized. I like the peaceful atmosphere with no music on the PA system and almost everyone wears masks.

This location is very convenient for me as it is close to my work and home. I’m probably inside the Target 4 times a week. The associates always seem ready to help you, the store is more or less clean, the aisle numbers are easy to locate and read (when paired with the app, this makes finding products a breeze) and the shelves are always kept neat and stocked well. I always see a few associates walking around the store picking up misplaced items from shelves and returning them to their correct spot.

The self check out receipts arent printing fully at all. A few times it had to be cleaned and a manager had to be called for me to get it to print. Self check out registers should have the option of entering a quantity # and not needing an employee to enter their information every time. With the midnight curfew for Virginia, associates and I was not sure why Target is closing at midnight when they needed to be at home by that time unless its an emergency. This puts them at risk for being pulled over by police and that is not a good thing. Went to see the santa climbing the ladder and there was no santa climbing the ladder, Christmas is coming and not much decor out on the floor. The store is very neat and clean though.

It’s always so well done. My gps let’s them know I’m in the parking lot and within a minute of me parking...someone is walking out with my order. Courteous and efficient.

It is just a Target, so keep that in mind with a 5 star review. This location is convenient for me being that it is so close to my office. I see a group of the same employees over many years, which is a good sign. It also helps that there is a Starbucks locates inside. Store has always been clean on my many visits.

Today my friends and I went for Black Friday! The store was very organized. We checked out with Dennis! We can’t rave enough about him! He was super nice and helpful.

Huge store! Office and school supplies is large. This is my favorite store to get my school supplies. I love their brands. The folders and binders are beautiful!But the prices for some of the office products are way too high

Jasmine helped me pick out the perfect mugs for my new house to match my dinner set as well as going above and beyond to help me locate a specific mug for a Christmas gift. I walked past it 3 times before asking Jasmine for help, she was quick and efficient as well as patient when I was pulling up a picture of the item! Love Target in general. Their stores are always organized and have everything I need. Ashlee helped me with a situation regarding a car seat where it was cheaper online than in the store. She was really polite and helpful and kept her composure when I came the previous week regarding the issue and I was getting a bit annoyed. Her customer service skills are superb. I only took off a star because the store manager of this store, Thomas or Tommy (whatever), is extremely rude and has no knowledge of ANYTHING regarding Targets policies. Any question I asked he responded with he doesnt know. Horrible store manager. They need a new one. He clearly doesnt care about his customers and is only there for the money. Thats fine, but he should be store manager at a dollar general or something less demanding. It was weird talking to him.

Always under stocked. Gainesville store never seems to have the same issues.

Excellent service as always but The reason I’m writing this review is due to Katy and Daniel, they really did go above and beyond to help is out! By far one of the best customer experience ever!I ordered some chairs online and Daniel brought out the two chairs but noticed one was a little wobbly so offered to go back and grab another one from the back even though we said it’s fine and we don’t mind. Then as we were checking out he offered us a gift card as a token of our patience which was a huge gesture as we were not expecting it and it was not necessary at all. But shows the level of customer service at this target.

This Super Target is large, clean, organized, and is in a good location. It was not crowded when I went. The selection of products is impressive. Customer service is adequate. Self checkout was fast and there seemed to be ample registers open. There is a Starbucks for those of you with a caffeine addiction. The parking lot is huge.

Amazing customer service! All smiles and funny, too! Helped me pick out some frames, contact lenses and even a pair of sunglasses! Target has been removing their photo centers from their stores. Looks like this location is one of the latest to do so. The closest location with a photo center is now more than 15 miles away from my home. Thats a shame. I used to have two locations within 4 miles. Target continues to remove this great customer convenience from their stores. But hey, looks like they made Starbucks bigger here. Guess we can never have enough of those.

Horrible attitudes with 9/10 customer service employees, never answer their phones and could care less. There are a few people that are good employees but rarely is anyone helpful-they all point fingers “oh, they can help you” but they just send you to someone else. No one smiles. I’ve been a customer there since it opened. Very unhappy with how far down hill the staff has gone.

I love Target. I go there very frequently and always have a a great experience. The produce could be a tiny bit better, but it works.

This is a fabulous store! Its always stocked, clean and I can find everything I need.

Make sure to check your receipt. I noticed too late that I was charged twice for one item. I doubt the store would do anything since its been a couple weeks. If management reads this please tell your cashiers to pay more attention. I can see the mix-up, since it was for a 2-piece set, but the cashiers mistake ended up costing me money.

Its big and generally clean! Bigger than the one in gateway for sure and theres a great variety of products. Their clothes and jewelery looks so much better than it did years ago.

This store is always out of stock of the most popular items. If you go on Saturdays you’ve got to dodge all the employees trying to stock shelves all at once with all of their racks in the middle of the isles. The produce at the store is also subpar.

I have to say thank you so much to Shau, who work in Old town super Target, Shau gave me a big help . I am really really appreciate that . I bought a kitchenAid stand mixer on 28th, Nov, 2019, First time I used it on 24, Dec, I wanted to make a cake . Later I found out the lock is problem, unlock is fine, but when I lower the motor head down . Could not slide the locking level . And also one of the Pouring shield is missing in the box .I sent Email to KitchenAid, waiting a week no one reply . I thought it might for hoilday, 2rd Jan, 2020, I sent email to KitchenAid again . Still no one reply. I tried Live Chat many time . Wait and wait and wait .. . No one answer and chat room auto End of the conversation, I called them . Waiting time 40min . Left my contact number . Still no one reply. I don’t know what to do . So I brought the stand mixer to Target . Wanted to replace the new one . Target is not accept return without the box . Unfortunately I made a mistake thrown the box, because I just moved to US only 2 months and to the new home, too many stuff in my my home in that moment . And I also thought KitchenAid appliances is very good quality. I didn’t think it would broken or anything problem. That why target reject I return it nor replace. Shau tried his best to help me . He called KitchenAid behalf on me . Estimate Waiting time 38 min on the phone . I would have give up to wait . But He waited and very good patience, KitchenAid finally answered the phone call. Now problem have been solved, KitchenAid said will send me confirmation to replace the new one . But now still waiting the confirmation email again .If no Shau helped me . I think I would have given up . Of cause I don’t want to . Hand mixer is not cheap 😭 I couldn’t say thank you enough to Shau . And I learned from this time experience, I have to keep all the boxes in my home .Thank again to Shau to gave me a big help

I am furious. I came in to this store right after work to pick up some salt on the night before some snow. They had half a shelf left of the salt I needed. When I tried to check out, I was told the salt wasn’t in their system and they could not sell it to me. They did not even try to help me, find a way to work it out, nothing. Just gave me a blank look and said “there’s nothing we can do.” They had a choice, figure out how to allow a customer to purchase what he needed, or watch me walk out of the store. They chose the latter, and subsequently I will never step foot inside a Target store again.

This is a good place to get a variety food, makeup, Household Items and Clothing quickly. There is a Pharmacy and a Starbucks located inside as well!

I wish I could rate this place 0 stars because thats what it deserves.This target has caused me the biggest headache because they are refusing to give me my money back for an item that I had returned and never got refunded for!!!!! Worst customer service- both over the phone and in store. They are lucky I dont sue their asses for stealing my money from me!!! None of these workers know what they are doing at ALL. I cant wait to go back in there tomorrow to get my money and I will continue to go back every day until they give me my money back. I hope they see this too!!!! This company is full of theives and liars and I am disgusted that I ever set foot in this store. I recommend NEVER SHOPPING HERE.These people had the nerve to call ME unprofessional for being rightfully upset that they wont refund me... Convenience. The items I was looking for were available through Amazon Prime, however, I would have to wait several days to receive them. I needed them for our twins 1st day of Kindergarten on Monday (Aug 27th). So I ordered them via Target.com and picked up from the Manassas West store all within one afternoon.

It’s a quick and nice pick up. Love this store.

Went in for inexpensive sneakers and Brining bags. Had neither. Shoe department wasnt even marked with an overhead sign so you could find it and selection of teenage boy sneakers was basically nonexistent.
