I really like shopping at this location, they do a great job of making you feel like you are appreciated as a customer, and not just as a number like the big box stores do. I also like that they let you choose the best split rail fencing supplies. My fencing skills arent very good, so having straight lumber to work with makes life a lot easier.

Love Southern States. SS has knowledgeable employees that are always eager to assist their customers. I have never been disappointed!

This is my go to place for grass seed and fertilizer. Better prices than big box stores and higher quality. They also have a good selection of dog food.

Have shopped at Southern States since it was a Cooperative many years ago. Main source of supply for mulch (over 150 bags each year), and salt pellets for water softener. Also suet and bird seed for my little buddies.

Very helpful staff, everything you need they have. They have lower cost alternatives to the expensive, nationally advertised brands. Fir example, you can get 50 pound bags of grass seed there for the price of 25 elsewhere.

The selection of items for dogs & pets is amazing, especially love the prices on dog grooming products!

The new manager really makes the place better, hes knowledgeable about pet needs and trained for it by Southern States pet product specific needs programs

Prices is ok (almost a $1 cheaper at home depot off of soil), customer service is lacking a bit, I didnt feel welcomed, the only thing that is a positive is the great selection of quality items.
