Order last year in September for delivery, butt they did not deliver in time selected, but 3 hours earlier (person was not home to get their gift). That is why I chose the time slot THEY gave. I even called before I ordered and asked, they said the time slot I chose would be the earliest it would be delivered. Nope. Didnt happen. Fast forward a year, my daughter decided to place an order. I hoped this was a one time thing, every company has a hiccup once in a while right? Hahaha oh boy was I wrong! This time we placed order for pick up at 4:30pm. I left my house early to get there in time, probably even early, but got stuck behind an accident. I tried calling the store to let them know I was on the way. There were 3 people I my car. I mention this because we ALL tried calling the store, and no one picked up! Started calling at 4:20. It gives you a recording, then says someone will be right back on the line. I WAS ON HOLD FOR 39 MINUTES. STILL ON HOLD WHEN WE PULLED UP TO THE STORE! Open sign is off, I understand they close at 5pm. I pulled up at 4:58pm. Cutting it close. Walked in, horrible service! RUDE AND ATTITUDE CITY! I told the employee I have been calling, she says Well, phones are off at 4:30. No apology, nothing. She acted as if I was a huge bother to her. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! Better service elsewhere! I will not be ordering from here EVER AGAIN! Good luck to you if you do decide to order here!
Took long to get someone to place a order. I was able to place a order done on time for my moms birthday so theres that (longer than that would have rate a two) and the fruits taste good.
I currently live in Florida but my family is in Centreville. I wanted to order a “Get Well” fruit bouquet for a family meme er that had surgery. Rather than have it delivered, I had a close friend and neighbor pick it up for me. Not only was the fruit bouquet perfect, but it was ready in time and my friend’s toddler son was given a special “treat” while he was there with her for the pickup. I am extremely happy that the whole situation worked out so beautifully. Thank you!!!!
I placed an order for Valentine’s Day delivery. I needed it to be delivered Friday since the 14th falls on a Sunday. In addition I had to change the delivery destination due to an ominous weather forecast. Fortunately Diana came to the rescue. She was very professional and accommodating and was able to handle the changes I had to make. I really appreciated her friendly attitude during the multiple phone calls I had to make. Definitely a 5 star customer experience for me! Thank you Diana!
Extremely disappointing. Go for any other edible arrangements store. I ordered with adequate time in advance for a special birthday and they called me the day before to tell me they have to delay the delivery because theyre going to close for two days for a predicted snow that hasnt happened yet. They refused to transfer my order to another store that would be able to deliver. How pathetic. They were not apologetic or even offer solutions other delivering late on a date that the business would not be open. Now anything else I order will be late for the special occasion.
This is the third day in a row that I have attempted to order from their location in Manassas. I dont get it this way often and knowing Id be in the area, I attempted to call an order in. I was redeeming a coupon for a birthday gift (which isnt redeemable on online orders), along with trying to get a sweet treat for all the ladies in my family for our mothers day brunch. I called four times today and spent almost 2 hours on hold waiting for somebody to answer the phone. I even called the 800# for customer service to make sure I had the correct store info. When I finally decided to just stop by so I could place the order, I was told that I had to place the order in store, even after being told I could call the order in. I explained o live further out and it made no sense to drive an hour there to place an order that couldnt even be ready same day, just to drive home and back the next day to pick up. Why have a phone if youre not going to answer it? And why would corporate phone number say something different? If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely inconvenient, and Id definitely recommend Sharis Berries or a local dessert company instead- the higher prices are worth the trade off to have somebody who actually wants the business and will actually answer the phone and be helpful with getting the order placed
I ordered chocolate and an edible arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day. I got an email saying delivered but nothing was delivered. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone smh. Last time I will order!
If I could give zero stars I would. Within the past two weeks I have received 3 arrangements from the Mansassas store (Liberia Ave.) all three were garbage. I did call about the first one, so they sent a second one. It was just as bad as the first one. I received another one yesterday, from another party, a repeat of the first two. I was away from my house when they tried deliver the 3rd one., so they called me. I wasnt far from home, so they took it to my neighbors. I went to put some in a bowl to eat today, (honeydew, cantalope, pineapples & grapes) soggy, limpy, discolored smelly fruit. The strawberries was the only edible fruit, and it wasnt great. I can do better at Costco or BJs. I have never had a bad arrangement until now. This location giving the franchise a bad name. Its obvious this is their standard. Three strikes you are out!

We ordered an arrangement for our granddaughter who is turning 3. We placed the order on 6/28/20 for a 7/3/20 delivery. As of 7:15pm on 7/3/20 no delivery. Tried calling the store and on hold for 1 hour only to assume there’s no one there. Worst experience and will never order from them again. @ $80.00 for the order. I hope corporate reads this!7/4 update: still no order and still no response. Called corporate and they are helping determine what’s going on.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever received from edible arrangement. I order my moms birthday for it to be delivered. It is only 10 minutes away from this location. I called numerous times and even spoke with the manager Cathy and she guaranteed me that my ordered would be delivered on the yesterday (September 13). I am currently deployed so I stayed up til 3 in the morning waiting on my mom to receive her gift due to the website states that it can take up to 9pm for residential locations. I called her 2 hours before they closed and she said her driver had left the store with about 40 minutes ago. Still the package didn’t arrive. So I called today to request my refund do to my order not being delivered. I spoke to Dianna and she first told me I couldn’t get a refund and I asked why due to my order not being delivered she placed me on hold and said ok! I’m am so annoyed I order my mom an edible arrangement and this is the first time I have ever experienced this. If I could give no stars I would. This is a complete disappointment me!!!!
I always order ahead online and pick up at the store. The staff is always friendly and I have not had to wait for my order(s). All of the recipients of my gifts have loved their edible arrangements.
This is a great store with great service and helpful staff. I was very pleased, as were the guest, with the fruit trays. Outstanding selection.

After placing my order, it was impossible to get someone to pick up the phone when I called to check on it. The phone just rings and rings. Being on hold for 20+ minutes makes the experience terrible and then ridiculous prices make the experience very negative. I would not recommend this to anyone that I know.

Negative zero stars. I went in and ordered in person. An arrangement for my son in Harrisonburg whos dog passed away. She kept calling my son Joe; his name is Jon. I corrected her 4 times. Then I got an arrangement with chocolate covered bananas and strawberries. It arrived with very little fruit, mostly greenery like endive or something. 4 berries/bananas total. And a giant sign that readThank You. I was very specific that there would only be a plain gift card expressing my sympathy. Im going back tomorrow to demand a replacement or refund. Never again!
The Edible Arrangements on Liberia Ave in Manassas is THE WORST. The delivery was set for July the 24th. Which is my daughters 16 bday. It took them all of yesterday and three. Delivery attempts to discover they had the wrong address (with the order number). It wasnt until I mentioned it TODAY that they dbl checked. So what was to be a thoughtful idea turned to a hot mess of a nightmare. Just Place Your Order in Alexandria!

No email to contact them by, not that they would respond anyway, and no one available to talk to because mailbox was full. waited all day and never received my confirmation, and order was not delivered as promised same day. never again.

Awful experience.... customer service is awful. Delivered late and when I tried to call they would not answer their phones. When the order finally arrived, they forgot a part of the order. Will never order from them again.
An order for a friend was delivered at the very end of the day despite what I listed; the order was then stolen from the porch they left it on and when someone finally answered the phone, I was told oh well, with an attitude on top of that...never ordering from this chain again.
I had arranged to have a delivery arrive the day before a friends surgery. At the last minute, I found out my friend was planning to stay at a hotel near her hospital and wouldnt be home for the delivery. I called this store in a panic asking if they could help. The woman who answered said they couldnt guarantee delivery time, but, she would get my friends name to the driver and ask she be done as soon as possible. Her arrangement arrived less than an hour after my call. I cant thank them enough!
....Unsure of how customer service or communication rank on their priority list, but I had to call to find out when an 11:30 order would come to my school and I was told 90 minutes later. The only silver lining was that it was not for important clientele, a get well party, etc. Giving one star because I could hit post this statement without it.
Is there a negative category? This franchise is ATROCIOUS and has no - and I mean zero - interest or awareness of customer service. They accepted two of my orders over the Internet within a 30 day time period (I gave them the benefit of the doubt, maybe a bad day) and didnt have either one of them ready - at all - EITHER TIME! Their phone was on constant busy the second time when I thought Id call to verify the order would be ready, which tells me they took it off the hook (again, great customer service). The manager was conveniently never available when I voiced concerns and only returned my call after I called the HQ office TWICE to complain about the embarrassing situation I found myself in empty-handed (with the same person) TWICE! They even had the gaul to CHARGE ME for a product they didnt deliver. If I were Edible Arrangements, I would give this franchise a thorough investigation, its a brand killer. Save yourself the hassle and embarrassment, go elsewhere!
Horrible customer service. They attempted to deliver while we were not home so we offered to pick it up at the store and they agreed. Showed up to the store 3 hours later to find out it had been thrown out!!!
