They send people like me to the back of the line.Customer service at the front desk is GREAT. Parts ordered days after they identified fault. I drove all the way to their location to speak to the floor foreman, and he appeared irritated he even had to speak with me. I usually chalk most encounters to people having a good or just a bad day; 3 weeks later parts are in, and I am still waiting. They send small business to the back of the line.

Where to start. We took our Class A RV to these guys for a freight liner recall and this is where the drama started. We picked up our RV and as we are driving away our fuel light came on. I always keep the tank full since it runs on diesel and it’s recommended when it’s parked so to have it on dead empty showed the fuel had been removed for whatever reason. Also, after filling up our empty tank and driving out of the gas station one of our cabinets flew open which caused a bottle of coconut alcohol to fall and break; this is worth pointing out since as seasoned campers we have braces in the cabinet to secure these bottles, so the question is why would anyone need to be inside our cabinets for a recall and not to mention the clean up. As if this wasn’t enough we drove our RV back to our storage lot only to discover that our interior driver’s side tire was completely deflated and run off the rim. It’s safe to say this was a result of Johnson service people failing to air up the tire. So hundreds of dollars later we have our RV back. NEVER SEEN SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT in my life. They should be ashamed and out of business.

Our Freightliner Motorhome needed recall work done and I chose Johnson’s to do it. Billy, the service manager ensured the work was done while I waited. The technicians are professionals and answered all my questions when the work was completed. The crew covered our interior to insure our seats and carpets wouldn’t be damaged. If you own a motor home I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Terrible communication and customer service.. They had my truck for 6 months kept replacing parts only to tell me the truck needed an overhaul. When I asked how they came to that conclusion they ignored me for 2 months then sent me a message stating I had to pay storage or pay for the overhaul. I towed the truck outta there only to find out they left the engine half way torn down. With parts and screws all over the place my new mechanic is trying to peace everything together. Unless your repair is easy I would not recommend using western branch aka Johnson truck center. Waste of time waste of money.

Simply great service. My first visit to JTC. Services took longer than expected but we are in some strange times with the COVID pandemic.They do need more people but I believe JTC is addressing the issue.JTC has about 150 trucks currently that they are trying to repair and return to service. JTC says they are in the process of expanding, hiring more trained RV Techs and ramp up for total turnkey services. This means a one stop shop for All repairs and services. How wonderful is that!

I’ve used a lot of truck shops in the area and so far they have been the most honest service department in the area. I only bring my trucks to them. Yes they are very busy so lead time is a little long but at least your treated fairly

Ive spent about 20 grand this year alone for parts with them and they gave me a defeacted part and the refused to return it. They keep makin alot of excuses trying to send it to the factory and the part was less then $100 . I will be taking my bussines somewhere else from now on due to their attitude, bad customer service and bad behavior. They chagered me $2100 for changing bad fuel in the tank not even adding fuel in it, now i must spend more money buying 5 gallons of fuel.

I had bought a 2006 Freightliner MT45 Stepvan from a dealer out in Indiana. I had a pre-purchase inspection done, where the shop owner out there said there were no foreseeable issues. So I went on with the purchase, only to find on the ride home the brake lines were shot, instrument cluster didnt work, alignment was off, et cetera.I called about 6 truck repair shops in Manassas and Western Branch was the most responsive, respectful and friendly from the beginning. Diane, Brian and the team, from start to finish, were communicative, professional, and thorough through the entire process. Repairs were done right and I could immediately feel it once driving off the lot. Prices were fair and worth every penny.I had the state inspection done in PA the following week. It cruised through, the inspection shop smiled at how great a job was done on the brake lines and such. Literally the easiest inspection they had to do. Stickers went right on.Western Branch Diesel will be my go-to and should be yours as well for any needs in Manassas, VA - or even if youre outside of the area. The team is fantastic.Thank you to Diane, Brian and the team there.

I love having my truck back. I have horses I dont mess around. I move thousand pound animals with my diesel and trailer. This is life for me and Western Branch diesel hooks me up immediately finding the problem I mean immediately! Where it takes a week for another company to fart around these people go directly to the problem testing things along the way and getting to the problem source and then calling me to order the part giving me options on OEM or reman parts and I am thrilled with their customer service women and mechanics. Thank you so much Western Branch diesel. My dogs have their favorite toy back!

I Would give them 5 Stars if their associates would be more focused in providing good Customer Service. They keep a preety good amount of parts in-stock but they are lacking when it comes to Customer Relations. The Management should really do something about the lack of good customer service at the Parts Counter... this place is below average!

Service Manager & Crew Very congenial, but get a quote before consenting to any work. They accommodated my Motorhome quickly to change out front shock absorbers, but I failed to request a Quote for changing out the fronts before surrendering my home to these Bandits. I brought the parts, so they felt compelled to make it up on Labor. They charged 5 hrs @ $125/hr for maybe an hour’s work for an high school kid who hasn’t done it before, while ignoring my suggestion to pull the front wheels for direct access. We’re talking about top & bottom bolts here, times two, after you jack up the IFS, or put it on a rack.I Did complain, to the Service Manager, who said, yeah, that’s unreasonable, and said “maybe an hour each side....” He then instructed the Rapacious Female Cashier Who Thinks She’s God to refund me Half of what I’d paid. Well, OK, but that”s 2.5 hrs, not 2, and I don’t know about you Mister Wage Earner, but Half of a $125 is a Lot of Money to Me! Pardon my Rant, but these people saw me come in with a Motorhome that is beyond their wildest dreams, and either a) decided to punish me for rising from Working Class to Retired & Having Fun, or b) thought I was Daddy Warbucks, and wouldn’t miss more than a Thousand Dollars for a few Hundred Dollar Service on my Silver Sleigh!Do not Trust these people! They Sweet Talk, but Fabricate! They are not content to earn an Honest Living! Beware!

ZERO STARSMy truck stuck in low range gears on i95 and I had it towed here. On Wednesday they told me it would be looked at Friday or Monday.No problem.On Wednesday 2 weeks later they finally came back with an outrageous estimate of $16k for a new transmission. The truck definitely did not need a new transmission.The technician put a program on the PCU during diagnostics and did not take it off.Customer Service was horrible. I was told a time frame that was not met multiple times. I had a horrible experience all the way around.THIS PLACE WAS TRYING TO RIP ME OFF BIG TIME.I had the truck towed home and my local mechanic got me back on the road for less than $500, plus the tow of course. (Problem was the transmission rear sync solenoid gummed up which caused it to stick in low range gears. Also had to fix PCU that the Tech reprogrammed)Not only did this place not fix my truck, but they sabotaged anyone else trying to fix it by reprogramming the PCU.HORRIBLE PLACE!!!

We had our boat serviced by Western Branch and will never use this company again. Although we informed the company of the issue, the technician arrived with the wrong parts, wrong equipment, and clearly was less familiar with boats and inexperienced. He had to return a second time. The first visit my husband was present, the second, he was not. We arrived to our boat to discover the two main A/C circuits turned off, our house batteries dead, the food in the refrigerator ruined, shoe tracks on our carpet, and urine in our head. I emailed Western Branch and explained our disappointment and that we now may need to replace the costly house batteries due to their oversight. After almost a week they have not responded.

RVers - if you have a Freightliner chassis then this is the service place for you.Its not fancy. Its not really set up for fulltimers. BUT they do good work and were very friendly. And when we had new shocks and a new airlift bag put on our diesel pusher they were great to work with. We will have all our chassis work done here.

Check engine light came on and lost power so i brought it in more than 12000 later a one week job turned into 6 weeks picked it up got on the highway and the light came right back on brought it back in for a couple more days picked it up 8 months later same thing so i bring it back now they are saying it is something different 3200 more and it will be done in one week i give them one week and two day no calls saying that there is a problem the truck is still not done so needless to say that I will not ever come to this place ever again
