I love this Toys R Us. Best staff ever!!

Had a great experience tonight at Toys R Us in Manassas. We went to purchase a new bike for our 6 year old grandson. While in the bike section we were greeted by an employee (I think it was the store manager). She assisted us the entire time showing us different options and even helping us find the coolest helmet. After bringing the bike to the front for us she ensured that we got through the check-out process quickly! Thanks!!

I grew up coming to this store which is why its such a shame theyre closing down! But the staff is amazing here and they have the best toys. Keep your eyes on the prices! Theyll probably be dropping again soon.

Great toy store thats been at this location for many, many years. Good selection of the latest toys. Sometimes they hold in-store events.

Store is going out of business with not many toys left! Remaining toys are on clearance! Good way to stock up for Christmas or birthday gifts.

Its so sad and dead inside and lots of things are overpriced, or poorly taken care of. Lots of things on the floors as well. Dont waste your time! Go shop on Amazon!

Store is always pretty clean. Seem kids have to always go to the bathroom when we go in here and have been surprised at how clean they are so not as reluctant to use them when we go in. They have a pretty good variety and staff is always friendly and helpful,

Its toysrus... What else can I say? This particular store is big enough and has a good selection of toys.

Prices are quite high but its a decent store and the could have more little girls pools selection

WAY TO EXPENSIVE. i wanted to bye my nephew a kitchen set for him and his sister and its over priced and the accessories as well. some things are opened and on the floor. its dead and sad and looks like zombies took over.

This store seems to get less business than the other stores in northern VA and that mean a far better selection of clearance items and last season toys on sale.

They have everything on sale so we see a price on the aisle and when we got ready to pay the price was doubled!! They refused to give us our money even thou thats not the price on their shelves. IM SO GLAD YOU GUYS ARE CLOSING!! It cant come fast enough

Has amazing and beautiful antiques good prices for the most part some things are a bit expensive but definitely worth it

The place is a little run down and it always seem on the edge of being total chaos. Their selection of toys is always good though, even if finding someone who works there can be difficult.

This is for the Manassas store which is very organized compared to the Fair Lakes store. Too bad they are all going out of business.

The store claims theyre open until 8 pm on Sunday. But upon my arrival the sign states that they close at 7 pm. Everytime I come here theres only 1 register open whether theres 10 people or 2 people waiting to check out. Literally the worst ToysRUs Ive ever visited. They will no longer get my buisness.

We been coming here since found out I was having a baby back in 2014 and the manager Stacy is great.
