We recently ordered t-shirts for our patients and we are very pleased with the quality of the shirts! I felt like I should have posted a #metoo after leaving here the way they tried to financially take advantage of me. Dont come here unless you want to break the bank. A sample was priced ridiculous. Turn around time was terrible as well. You would think that to gain confidence of new local clients it would be smart to have a better sample rate with quick turnaround time.

Hardhits is a great place to get your embroidery done, they are quick and on time with there delivery of ordered items. If they make a mistake or have a defective piece, they are quick to fix it and there is never a problem. Looking forward to continuing to use them as resource for my teams baseball apparel.

Im stunned stupid at how well this tiny operation handled my project. Had six custom polos made for my charity/organization. Online, it would have cost almost twice what I paid and took three times as long to get them back. I had all my details into them Friday and was picking the shirts up Wednesday afternoon in time for a Thursday flight. I will absolutely use them again for my next run, as the shirts feel great and the work was of the highest quality.Dont let their little hole-in-the-wall office fool you, going with Hard Hits was a great decision.
