After blaming the house being older for bad ac and sweating all summer, finally called these guys. A friend recommended A-Advantage and I cannot thank her enough.Jose was my technician and he was on time, professional, courteous. Although the ac needed quite a bit of work, he and the general manager, Jason were forthcoming about which services could wait and which were crucial. I appreciate the honesty! Highly recommend!

These people rock! Our AC appeared to be dying in the middle of the Saharan heat wave, so I called in the middle of the night. Someone answered and walked me through the options. She said that they would send someone THAT night, or we could wait until morning. It was hot, but not Bikram yoga hot, so we decided to wait especially since the courteous rep told us we would be on the hook for a substantially greater amount of money due to the emergency call ans the tech may not even have the part. The next day, there was a message on my phone from the manager who gave me his direct line. We set up a maintenance call, and the tech was supremely knowledgeable and had us up and running in no time and for little money. The entire experience defined professionalism, and we will be entering into their yearly service contract soon. I highly recommend this excellent company!
