Lame joint. Credit Card sales only. Went in for a $3 part and dude wouldnt take cash.Really gonna loose a customer over a $3 part.Guy at the counter needs a higher paying job, if he cant sell a $3 part to a customer.Never going to this place again.Wasted my time today. I would have sold the part and took care of the $3 cash in some way to keep my customer. Lost a customer.

Varco is my vendor of choice for the parts my business needs. They have a majority of the fittings and hose I need in stock at the warehouse. These guys are awesome at what they do. I have been dealing with Christhian M in sales and he takes the time to help me figure out what I need. If they dont happen to have it in stock they do what they can to get it in quick. Truly awesome customer service. I am lucky to have them right down the street from my shop.

I got hosed at Varco..... and loved every minute of it!!!!Excellent customer service and awesome prices. I drove all the way north of Baltimore because the hose vendors around here are the polar opposite on both service and prices. Will do business with Varco again.

The apparent owner, Ron Selfe, left a vitriolic review of my company alleging fraud because I initially disputed a charge that appeared on my credit card statement, not from VARCO, but a completely different name. Actively trying to damage our reputation is not something I expect from an ethical, professional company. It all turned out for the best, however: we found substantially lower prices from other vendors, and you can, too.

Dont be fooled by the $99 Max shipping, it is only to most areas. I was told Texas is the cut off and Washington State is not most areas. If I advertised like this my phone would ring off the hook with complaints. I will be purchasing from most other areas from now on.

Ordered hoses, the salesman sent us the same hose, female end wont fit anything we have when I called to question this I was screamed at told to shut up then the owner threatened the police and put me on a black list, I advise anyone in the septic business to shop elsewhere!.
