I dont do a lot of reviews on Google, but the customer service I received recently from Beachgoer was excellent and I felt worthy of a rating from me.I ordered 3 boards from them for the lowest prices I could find shipped to me. One of the boards came in the incorrect size. I emailed them about the issue and within minutes had an apology from the owner with a plan to rectify the issue. They immediately refunded my costs for the wrong board and gave me a code for free shipping so I could reorder and receive the correct board faster than doing an exchange.As long as humans are processing orders, mistakes will happen. Its the response to the issues that show whether youre a good company to work with our not. I really appreciated the response from the owner Finn. Thank you very much for the boards and the service.
