Well worth the trip from Maryland. Let me start by saying Ive worked in 2 motorcycle accesory retail stores.Greeted by Cat who let me know she would be with me shortly (already a good start). Then although I asked about different shields for a 3/4 helmet I had and piece that zippers around the bottom of another helmet to block wind from my ears and neck. She tried to find them and the the Owner overheard and came to also assist.While he did that she was happy to help stitch some patches that were Extremely important to me but that I wanted in some difficult locations on my vest-- due to the stitching of the vest- yet she was a trooper and couldve easily said no, but went and took her time to do it right! She listened to my concerns and addressed them. You cant rush these types of things by the way :) Prices were very competitive for the sewing of my patches. The bathroom was very clean, plenty of parking, and handicap accessible.Good selection of items. I was very happy to see the selection of womens shirts with great artwork and great prices.Cat then mentioned I could look at these alternative options instead of the face shield AND WHAT SHE RECOMMENDED WAS AWESOME (SEE PIC!) I ended up getting a dark one PLUS a yellow one (for rain/ night use). I spent less than of i had bought one of the traditional shields (which I dont like how they look on these particular helmets I brought in).My friend bought motorcycle glasses with the protective rubber and the Owner helped him get some better gloves also at a good price.Again, well worth the trip from Rockville. Glad to have a place that appreciates my business.

Today I stopped by to have new patches on my jacket, but Cat is not there anymore. She was great sewing my patches.The new young guys dont have the same experience and didnt do a good job. $33 for both patches placed on my jacket seems to be a bit pricey.

Love this place! Great veteran owned business, quick sewing, and the customer service is ALWAYS fantastic. When making the switch from a half helmet to a full or modular they were so helpful and made sure the helmet and fit were spot on.

Great gear and you can find your size. Had to return two jackets to Amazon due to bad size fit. Good selection.

Last Friday I stopped by this shop to check it out. Bob introduced himself and was very friendly. Even being a sport bike rider I felt welcome in the store generally designed for cruisers. Being in the market for a new full face helmet Bob gave me information about every helmet he had and even showed me the catalogs showing options I can order. Today I went back into the store and Bob remember me. I will return to this shop if I need anything else. They have a nice selection of gloves, leathers, helmets, and lots of decals and patches. This is a great motorcycle apparel and accessory store. I bought a GREAT First Manufacturing Company leather long sleeve jacket for $200. Great jacket Great price and best of all you can see it and try it on in the store. It seems like the only way to get motorcycle stuff these days is too buy it online. When it comes to apparel just go to this store and youll find what you need and be able to touch and feel it before you buy.

Just happened by one day and Steve took lots of time to show me around and discuss products. It was a great visit. I went back later to buy a vest and helmet. Great selection of both.

Stopped in today to check out store. Met Bob and chatted for a bit. Very knowledgeable about the biker community and was very helpful in picking out something for my Electra Glide. This store has everything you need and/or want to customize your riding experience. Outstanding and so happy a biker outlet like this is right next door.

How can you call yourselves an Outlet if you charge $20 over the MSRP for your helmets? Maybe not all, but definitely on particular brands. Keep in mind, people do research before buying stuff.I rated good because, at the least, the sales person was nice and friendly, and I got to try on a few helmets to see how they fit me. Later that day, I ordered the helmet online at the MSRP, which is a savings of $30 (because no sales tax) over your store.

This place is amazing and Bob is so nice and helpful! My partner and I were looking for a motorcycle warehouse type place that had everything without having to drive 45 minutes to an hour, ie Fredricksburg or MD. And then I saw Renegades in passing and decided we should stop in. SO HAPPY WE DID! I got a new helmet, my partner got a new one and we are headed back to renegades to pick up some new riding glasses. Great prices, great customer service!

Again great customer service by Steve. purchased a ram x grip and Sterve very helpful in trying both on the bike to see which one worked and then he even mounted it. Then we checked to see if the Kuryakyn offset highway pegs would fit and they did and again since Steve wasnt busy he helped mount and adjust the pegs.. outstanding customer service and pride in how he does his job.
