One of the greatest car experiences I have ever had! I bought my truck around 3 months ago form Beyond Motors. Abe and the rest of the staff were fantastic!First most dealerships do not tell you exactly any flaws with their vehicle when you call but the person who answered my initial phone call was upfront with all the flaws of the truck as I live 4 hours away and did not want to drive all the way for nothing. When I arrived I found the truck exactly as described over the phone. The process went very smooth and I was on the road within 30-45 minutes.I could tell throughout the process how honest these guys are. They are a family owned business and it is always a pleasure to deal with such individuals with integrity. They also do not charge you crazy unnecessary fees. The process of purchasing my vehicle was very stress free. I confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and available. I scheduled a pick up to examine the vehicle. I secured financing, left a deposit and advised Beyond Motors that I would take possession of the vehicle. The customer service was excellent and overall it was an amazing experience.

Bought an ‘06 Honda Accord in mid-November 2020. Car had bad brakes & tires, but was able to get a discount for the brakes (the tires made the car fail MD inspection). The fuel door cable that allows it to open and close was completely missing, but I let that slide due to the fact that upon the sale of the car, Mino agreed to ship me the part free of charge. A month went by and still no part. I called and emailed in regards to any updates & was told that there was a “delay on the part from where (he) ordered it”. Was told he’d order another one from a different vendor. It is now February 2021 & still nothing. Not cool. The car runs perfectly fine but I was promised that part which never arrived. Had to take off a couple stars for that, but otherwise a decent experience 👌🏼.

My car broke down in less than 24 hours from buying it. My car is still at a tow shop & they’re not willing to pay the towing fees which is only $175! Myself & my children were dropped off at a gas station by the PA state troopers while they had my car towed, to get it off the highway mind you we live in Baltimore. We were stranded at the gas station in PA for 3 hours! I financed the car last night 03/27/21 & 3/28/21 my car began smoking while driving on the highway and wouldn’t start back up. They’re giving me the run around & are not willing to do anything but get a mechanic to look at it but expect me to pay the towing fees from PA to Virginia & I have an extended car warranty with them as well.

Purchased a car from this location a little over a month now. I recently moved to WV from NY and was feeling a bit nervous on purchasing a vehicle from an establishment then later regret it.BUT...Upon arrival the location had a very large range of vehicles to choose from. The sales gentleman was very polite and made the sale process much more easier and efficient. The car I purchased was in beautiful condition with the carfax ON HAND!!I surely would recommend this place.. CHECK THEM OUT!!

The car I bought from them had only one key. Its supposed to be keyless entry but theres no remote or even an extra key. The gas tank was below half a tank. Normally it should be full when they sell it. The inside was awesome except the inside of the windshield. They did order me a seat belt extender at no charge which was great service and paid extra for me to get it sooner. I got it in less than 2 days. The guys I worked with were very nice.**Update** The general manager called me to resolve the issues I had. He explained they have a budget for reconditioning and instead of buying a key they would take care of mechanical issues first. I can appreciate that. He is sending me $100 to put towards a new key and for gas. I am happy with the outcome and my experience with Beyond Motors.

They even replaced a part for the radio that costs $400! These people are great check them out! I recommend my friends and so should you. I tried to give these guys a chance. Truly I did. I got a car from them, 2011 Mini Countryman with ~74k miles back in February. Clutch was shot. I didnt know this at first, and chalked it up to it just being how that car rode because I hadnt been in one before or ever felt a clutch that was about to go out.The car died on me during a move. I fought with them, and they tried saying I didnt know how to drive standard, after two cars Ive prior owned were standard (at that point 7 years of driving experience, 3 years in one, 4 in the other) driven exactly the same way, and for years, with no clutch issues at all, but the clutch on this one went out after about 2 months of gentle use, being most days it only saw me 1.5 miles to and from work, if that. Ultimately the expense came out of my pocket. Two cylinders were misfiring and the clutch was burnt out (it bears weight to note that the repairing mechanic said that I would have had to been driving pretty poorly for much longer than two months to get it as bad as it was).A few months after this repair goes by, and it needs to go in to the shop again to be diagnosed after routine wear (spark plugs), and Im starting to have lighting malfunctions throughout the car, brake lights, running lights, parking lights.Im now not even a year in with another ~1900 in repairs and another 1100 in diagnosed repairs (not including normal wear and tear issues such as tires, etc).Stay away. The car may SEEM decent, but they dont care about selling you a car that will run just well enough to make it home, and even around for a little bit before you start experiencing issues, all while saying its perfectly fine. And then theyll argue that youre at fault for anything that is discovered shortly down the road, even when it is a long standing issue that had to have existed prior to get so bad it fails.A minor gripe was that the add said the car had two keys, and I only got one. Thats pretty minor, especially to everything here, but its another thing that went wrong in my experience.Oh, and they held onto my license plates until my temps were expired. I gave them an address and they were never sent. I moved and gave them another address and they were never sent. I then was unreachable for a few weeks due to my job and they fought my family on sending them until threatened with contacting authorities over not handing over the plates I got through them.All of this comes together for their single star, that Id happily only give a fraction of if possible. They took advantage of me on my car I traded in off (I knew they would and just accepted it because I figured I wasnt getting a lemon of a car), fought me on my license plates, and then blamed me for an issue with the car that was prior existing but I had never experienced. Id recommend staying away and finding somewhere else if at all possible.

I told the dealer that I had a check for him after he sent me and buyers order and copy of the title also sent him a picture of it which has acct and routing information on it which he could have used to pay for the vehicle before I got there I also texted him at 9:09am to let him know he texts me at 10 to say great the vehicle is hear he then texts back at 2pm saying some one wants to buy the car I explained to him and he already knew that I was on my way down at 5 after work to get the car with the check I already have written out from the bank for the car he then says he can’t hold the vehicle he then continues with a option for me to put down a deposit which was non refundable and then continued to say it sold Terrible dealership do not go to Mino Hana he is a terrible salesman

Drove out there after seeing an ad for a Toyota Sienna. I wanted to replace mine with the same model. The car was described as in mint condition and a rare find. As soon as i walked up, i could see a 1 by 3 strip of paint missing from the back bumper. I also noticed the sliding door cable sticking out. The salesman told me that although the cable was broken, thank goodness it isnt the motor. I asked him if he knew the motor and cable are a $200 part, but the installation was $2500. He acknowledged that it was. He then claimed that the cable had just broken that day. Lets say the cable did indeed just break, to advertise a car as being in mint condition when it has wear and tear beyond normal for a car of that age is ridiculous. I dont get what they are thinking. Describe the car as it is instead of tricking people into coming onto your lot. I would never do business with these people.I expect this to be deleted as soon as it is posted. Hopefully someone will see it before it is and will steer away from a big mistake..
