Wasted my time driving here because they couldnt be bothered to update their hours online. I am glad I am not the handicapped person, as this would have been quite the hassle.Keep your stuff updated... you allegedly serve handicapped people but you dont really seem to be catering to them when you cant even say your hours without the people paying to get to your store only to find it is actually closed.

Completely and totally happy with the service I experience at Prince William home medical supply.Scott and another young man were so helpful. They fixed the wheel and brakes on my old walker and put together a new one that I had at home. The charges were so reasonable. I bought some other things I needed and also I thought was great prices. I have other things I need and will be going back to get them at a later date. I highly recommend this business for any home medical supplies. Thank you ScottAnd the young man who helped for making my experience awesome.

My wife was the one getting my medical supplies for me then I started getting it myself, great place, staffs are amazing helpful and kind, am a paraplegic and sometimes I go there to get supplies I just call ahead and they always bring out whatever I buy and put in the trunk or give it to me that’s good, no that’s great customer service so I will give 5 stars + another 5 stars ⭐️ 🌟 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟

They were very helpful in each transaction Ive had with them. Ive had my dads wheelchair fixed for a nominal service fee, bought a wheelchair ramp and many other smaller items. Everyone was very nice.

My mom needed a knee scooter. The one we rented had bad wear on the wheels and loose handle bar. she fell and we returned it. rented on Saturday 30 minutes before closing, closed Sunday and returned Monday morning. the man working said the rental equipment takes a beating and that this particular scooter would likely be thrown away. I asked if there would be a credit to me, and he said no. No offer to exchange or credit toward another purchase. Bad customer service!!!

I got crutches from here and I had never used them before. I had to come back cause one of the tips wore out and I had fallen twice. They didnt seem to care much that I fell. I wouldnt recommend this place. Only reason I gave them 2 stars because they gave me replaced the tip for free which they didnt seem to want to do at first.

No issues getting a wheelchair here.

These people are NOT very good! They do not make suggestions they just want to sell you what is on the floor. They do not even honor the Va State Law that says you have 72hrs to return a purchase! I hope someone sues them!
