Their service is great. Their staff will greet you cordially, whether you buy cars or servicing your cars. They will give most accurate estimate. I bought my car and also used to do servicing. They have have very good lounge where customers can wait, have some coffee. They have very good inventory.I will definitely buy cars in future.

Jason Stone the service rep was able to squeeze us in and was empathetic to our situation while getting a flat during a Boston to NY road trip. Cannot speak highly enough of the service rep and how much it saved our trip. He even tried to patch it first instead of up selling a tire. Got in and out within 25min!! We worked with Mitch Miller. We met him three months prior to making the purchase as we werent very sure which model we wanted to buy. During this whole time he never pushed us to make the purchase. Plus, everything was very quick, unlike other dealerships. It took them five minutes to give us the trade-in value on our vehicle. We asked for an extra grand, and they said yes. Took us about an hour to sign the paper work. The car was ready the next day at noon.Great staff. Amazing folks. Great dealership.

We purchased a new 2021 Acura RDX in March, and were very happy with the whole experience. Salesman Michael Kurowski and everyone else involved did a great job. Very friendly staff there, and Michael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. The vehicle is awesome to drive! Today was the first service and oil change, and service advisor Jason was outstanding and attentive, and friendly! Very quick visit, and a pleasant experience. I drive a Honda Odyssey and I go out of my way to bring it here because I LOVE these guys so much. They are always honest, friendly, and accommodating. They have excellent communication and you can even schedule your appointment online! Honestly, I am considering purchasing an Acura from here in the future just so that I can give them the business. It really shows how great customer service helps you feel good. I never dread getting work done on my car like in the past because I always know they are going to communicate well with me so that there is no surprises. I was having problems with my Acura RDX that I had not even made my first payment on. I took it to the place where I bought it and they could not find what the problem was. I brought it to Schaller Acura and Jason took care of me, even though he was closing up for the day. Jason gave me a loaner and assured me that they were going to take care of me. A day and a half later I was able to pick my car up fixed and cleaned inside and out. I cant think of and other place I would bring my car. We first made web contact with Rachel and Mike met us as we arrived at the dealership and closed the door to our car. He walked us through the myriad of features of the RDX 2019 and took us on a non-rushed, versatile test ride. The entire process was very professional and enjoyable! He was charming and the entire dealership provides a warm, welcoming, knowledgeable culture. On pick up day, as I opened the drivers door, I discovered a single red rose! Awesome touch and yes, I felt mighty special. Mike again spent time to make sure we had an initial handle on all of the features, accessories, and tech of the vehicle. Joe Greenberg handled all of the paperwork with organization and ease - never felt the process was tedious. James Merrill introduced himself and chatted for a bit when we arrived for a test drive and preview. When we picked up the vehicle, Peter Reeve greeted us and introduced himself. This is my go to dealer for any service on any of our familys cars, trucks, or suvs .... Jay in service is the best the industry has to offer. Dropped our MDX Off for new tires this past thursday... my wife had a procedure at manchester hospital where she could not drive after . Being that said, we could not bring two cars to manchester .. i called jay first thing 7 30 am and asked for a loaner .... there was no hesitation whatsoever . All he said was come get it, see you when you get here. Being A Business Manager for a big Auto chain this a huge plus for any customer..... this service lacks from most, if not all service departments elsewhere. Ive never experienced such a stress-free car buying process. Brian was very friendly and answered any and call questions with a smile on his face and with straight forward answers. They knew we traveled a little over 2 hours to get there and all paperwork was ready to go and they stayed in contact with us while the car was being registered at the DMV.Teri was very friendly and it felt natural..not forced! which to me,..means a lot! Fast talking dealership that loves to hide fees to that long contract at the end of the deal .prices are good . But Im almost 100% positive thats because they know theyre going to get you with those hidden fees at the end an ooo how do they add up... Hidden doc fees.. Vin etching fees ..winter protection insurance..locking lug nuts added without telling you there a $200 option and hidden in car price ... Ya the list goes on .dont believe me go down an ask them to price a car youre interested in on paper in detail not just a price ask them to right out a purchase and sale and take the day to look it over watch the fees pop up ...

I brought my car in to figure out what was wrong with the transmission and all they did was put it on a scanner and tell me what the code was then charged me $157 for that when I already did that on my own they didnt troubleshoot anything they didnt test any circuits electrically all they did was offer me to change my solenoids for $1,400 after I already told them I changed all the sensors and solenoids and even changed the transmission and the issue persists.and so basically getting things diagnosed is really just guess work change everything till problem is gone I find that very unprofessional and lazy.

I dont have an Acura but ask them to service my Lincoln. First the price was cheaper, and the experience was second to none. My car was washed and vacuumed after service... Its not just that, they were NEAT. Anyway.. nobody wants to read a long review. Five Stars and dont change!

This was my first time buying/leasing a vehicle on my own, and I was immediately put at ease when I started to work with Mike. Mike was patient and very knowledgeable from step 1 of the process. An added bonus is that he is an all around personable guy; he made jokes and really listened to my questions and comments/concerns. When we began the process of doing the deal, Mike was honest and willing to work with us. He brought in Pete, the general manager, to work with us to meet our needs. When we began the final step of leasing the car, Mike took the time to go over each function and make sure it was set up exactly as I wanted it. I do not write many reviews, but felt like this one was worth writing. I worked with Rob Horton on the potential purchase of a new TL. From the moment we began speaking, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. I never felt any pressure from the beginning to purchase the car immediately, in fact quite the opposite occurred. He was more concerned with ensuring all my questions were answered and that I would be happy with the car, than making the sale. This is a breath of fresh air in the auto industry, where high pressure sales tactics are quite the norm. I left the dealership that day without making the purchase, only to return the next day to show my wife the car. Rob again was more than courteous and never did he make me feel like I was an inconvenience to him, even though he had already spent a significant amount of time with me the day before. Once again, he made sure all of my wifes questions were answered, and was more than helpful along the way. We made it back to the dealership where Brian was able to make the numbers work, and we completed the sale. It was by far the best car buying experience I have had and would definitely return to Schaller again for any future car purchases.Thank you for a great experience!

They sold me a 90k mile package before I did research on what it consisted of. I was at work and quickly answered yes when asked. After looking into it further, I dont think it was a wise use of my money. Ive researched what it entails and the price I was charged was HIGHLY inflated for the value of the service. I have had a huge case of buyers remorse ever since. Its not a pleasant feeling. I really liked their service up to this point. Roger was a wonderful host when I used the shuttle service. However, Ill be looking for another shop to service my Acura. I recommend researching service options before committing to them.

Be aware that service is NOT guaranteed in this place! Staff are friendly and nice. But the service is sometimes unsatisfactory, yet worse it is not guaranteed. They resurfaced the rotors to fix brake vibration. It was not fully resolved. They admitted that rotors should be replaced. So the service was unsuccessful. However, they refused to count previous payment toward replacement.

I had about a 35 mile drive to the dealership and found the car on the lot. I was greeted by a very pleasant and professional salesman (James Merrill).
