When she actually interacted with me, the lady was nice. Spent 25 minutes there, 20 of which she spent repeatedly taking calls and having 5-7 minute conversations. Just needed a king sized blanket cut in half and binding placed over the 1 raw edge...$60!!?!! No thanks, Ill buy myself a sewing machine or new blanket.
