We were on the hunt for our first hot tub and Empire was our first stop. Nicole was fantastic and gave us a lot of great information and helped us decide on what we were looking for overall. They had a good selection and offered a good financing plan. Ultimately we did not end up going through them, but they were a very close 2nd!

If you have an IG with a safety cover; switch to Blue Dolphin (a competitor down the street) for openings. They remove $75 from the pool-opening bill if you take off your own safety cover (which should only take you 10 minutes to do)

One of the worst pool places i have been to. They charge you for services you didnt request and then try to collect for services never performed. The owner is worse then the employees when it comes to customer service. I would literally go anywhere else, STAY AWAY from this place. Many other great pool places around to give your business to.

Bought valve & adapter, which let me use my pool during hottest days of summer. Life saver !
