Wow!!! I can’t give this place enough stars! We were traveling from out of state to Glacier National Park when we needed to have work done on our Subaru. Ryan at the service department was awesome! I recently purchased a new Subaru crosstrek.I was a little worried because I had a very bad experience at a previous dealer.From the first phone call, the customer service representative. I called after hours, but was cheerfully greeted, and the gentleman answered all of my questions .The following day we arrived at the dealership. There were two smiling faces asking to help, and we ended up speaking with Charlie.There was absolutely no pressure here. I just bought my first-ever Subaru from Kramer Subaru and specifically had a great experience working with Michael Knapp and Thomas. I decided to buy the vehicle over the phone without seeing it first, because I live far away and knew what I wanted. Even though there are closer dealers to where I live, I made an effort to work with Kramer Subaru because of their good reputation and evidence of a loyal customer base, and they did not disappoint through the process.I had many questions and asks during the buying process, since Id always done in-person vehicle transactions in the past. But -- cars go off the lot quickly at this dealership! Michael made himself available and was very responsive -- even when he was off the clock, hed keep me posted on when I should expect to hear a response to my requests. They allowed me to speak directly with the cars mechanical team upon request. The vehicles turnaround took longer than expected (due to shipping delays), but the Kramer Subaru team made sure I was content by going out of their way in the meantime (even by literally delivering the car an extra 100 miles!). I am very happy with my Crosstrek & buying experience so far!

Sales was great but I’ve been waiting for 2 months since I submitted my extended warranty refund, and counting. It’s been 6 weeks now since someone from Finance answered an email, I’ve calling 3 times every week, left voice mails and sent emails with no answer. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.

One star doesn’t even cut it. We have been dealing with this company for two weeks. All that has happened is they find ways to increase price on a diagnostic of my wife’s car. Was even looking at getting another vehicle from them, but hard to do that when no one will get back to you. Literally the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.

2017 Subaru Outback. Bought new from Kupper Subaru. In a few days we will be putting in the 4th windshield. All 3 that have cracked have cracked in the lower drivers side starting at the edge of the windshield. No rock chips cause the cracking. All 3 crack in the winter months and spread across the driver line of sightKupper (now Kramer) more or less says tough luck. Either an issue exists in the cab/windshield design or sloppy installation.

Great experience buying from Kupper Subaru. They had the higher trim level model in stock we were looking for. Pricing was transparent and they were not pushy with extra warranty plans. Car was thoroughly detailed, gas tank full, and salesperson was thorough running through the cars features and buttons. Totally worth the trip over from Fargo (they would have driven it over to us but we couldnt wait to get our new Outback!).

I am from the Northeast, and was road tripping through America in my Subaru. I had all sorts of check engine lights on, brought my car in, and Ryan was the absolute best. He helped me with a rental car so I could explore North Dakota while they ran diagnostics on my car. He kept me updated with what the issue was as well as another issue they had found. He prioritized my safety, knowing that I was going to have 28 hours of driving once I left Bismark. He understood that finances were a concern but that getting home safe was the most important part. Ryan kept in communication with me about when the work would be completed on my car, and was even kind enough to grab some dog food for my dog from the trunk of my car (as they would be keeping it overnight and I had not planned accordingly when grabbing my stuff). They managed to get everything done so I could leave when I needed to and stay on schedule. If Im ever back in the area and able to give them my service, I will be sure to do so. Everyone that I spoke to was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things about them.

This is our familys third new Subaru. Each time we have gone to Becky Sharff. Her quiet, non-pushy manner and knowledge of available options is what makes her the best. We like how she never puts down the competition, never has anything bad to say about other dealers, even though we told her we were looking at several other makes. We found after test driving and looking through all the other options, that the Subaru Outback had all the latest safety and drivers assistance features we were looking for. We found many of the same features on Honda, Nissan and Hyundai but none of them have all the features of the Outback. Also the comfort and adjustability of the Front seats on the Outback Touring model was fantastic, we found nothing could compare.

The staff at Kupper Subaru are great. Michael Knapp, Cody and Allison went well above and beyond to make sure we received the vehicle we wanted. Great team, no hard sales tactics, no pressure. Just a great place to do business. This visit was nothing but wasted time. I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning 3 weeks in advance. I called to say Id be 10 minutes late. I was told when I dropped my vehicle off it should be done early afternoon. I called 3 hours after I dropped my vehicle off and was told it still wasnt in the shop and now it would be mid to late afternoon. This is the closest Subaru dealer to me which is almost 100 miles. I picked up my vehicle 5 hours after I dropped it because it still wasnt brought in for service. EDIT Kupper has now resolved my issue to my satisfaction.

I didnt look anywhere else - Kupper has always been helpful, friendly and knowledgeable whether it be the staff in the service department or through the recent sales experience. Right after I drove my used 2018 truck off the lot I noticed a windshield chip that hadn’t been mentioned before. A few hours later we called them and they filled the chip for free.Charlie is knowledgeable, a calming presence, and a good listener, and as a young person buying a car, I felt really comfortable working with him. I also always have my vehicles maintained here. A little more expensive but again you know you are getting top of the line care. Highly recommend!

Always the same reasons I don’t service my vehicle here. No one answers or returns messages. I was happy to see a texting system but no response and left a phone message with no response so I got a ride to pick up my car from a recall that no one told me was finished either. Thankfully it was done.

My service here is always professional and fast. I was particularly impressed with my most recent experience however. Since I live about 3 hours from here, I always try to schedule multiple appointments in Bismarck and complete different errands. Upon arriving to town I had 3 engine lights turn on. I figured I better take my Forester right to the shop and see if they could possibly look into that on top of my already scheduled oil change/ tire rotate. My service advisor, Marvin, was quick to assure me they would take care of it and he had a shuttle take me to my appointments. Talk about service!

Had my 30,000 mile check up and had great service from Marvin Lepp. He went above his job and made sure I received my warrant service. I was out of town while the service was done and was great to have no problems to come home to. I love my Subaru and love Kupper service. There were a couple of problems early on in my car buying experience with Kupper Subaru. It was caused by a small lack of communication between the sales staff and myself. This had me wondering if I should go to another dealer but I stuck with them and am glad I did. The sales manager, Jason and the salesman, Micheal both were courteous and tried very hard to fix the problems. In the end we were very satisfied with our car buying experience Micheal even delivered the car for free to our home 230 miles from the dealership washed and with a full tank of gas.

Great place to buy a vehicle. Our salesman, Tom Fetch, was great to work with. He went over everything about Subarus and answered any questions we had before even showing us any cars. Asked us what we were looking for, model, engine, color, options, etc, and showed us what they had on on the lot that matched or list. Never once tried selling us a car we didnt want. Would definitely buy from Tom again.

Cant say enough about Tom, great guy, tells you how it is. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from him. Gets everything done in a timely manner and wont play games. Service department has always been great also. The reason for the 4 stars: prices are not negotiable. Hard for me to pay sticker price on a vehicle especially when they have an option on the website to make an offer. Prices arent outrageous, but they could be lower. Nice showroom with free coffee and water. Also got a free subaru hat out of the deal.
