I absolutely love this place. I always feel like Im back in time with all their beautiful pieces and collections. Very nice place with beautiful and original pieces.

Love the beautiful items and furniture to they sell. We bought some random tools and a few nic-nacks and it was kinda priceyOtherwise love the atmosphere and the big space for looking. Nobody breathing down your neck to buy anything. Just love this place hope to go back soon!!

The white elephant has been in mandeville since I was a kid, so at least 30 years. You can find some nice pieces in the store. If you are in the area and have some free time go in and check it out. You never know what you may come across. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are also reasonable.

There is something for every room, somes real nice & somes not so nice. The thing is it is all fairly priced. There is quite a selection of antique furniture also. I will visit now & then looking for interesting pieces.

Gorgeous antique store! Ive driven by a few times and decided to finally visit when sitting out front in traffic. Threw place is huge inside and they do not waste an inch of space. Endless assortment of furniture and other items.

This used to be a cool 2nd hand store. Then they got rid of everything but furniture. They buy vintage name brand furniture, do minimal restoration, then jack the prices up. Not for me.

Its always nice to visit a place that holds so many pleasant memories.While browsing through the White Elephant and looking up and towards the back seeing that old 3 blade fan hanging from the ceiling wondering how many times I sat in front of it on a Friday or Saturday night feeling the cool breeze during those hot summer nights . I must have been in a dazed and confused moment remembering the old Thunderbird Skating Rink, I must have been doing the hokie pokie when I finally heard the owner repeatedly say, can I help you find something. Right then I seen it tucked away in the corner, I knew the answer before I asked but it didnt stop me from asking anyway [How much you want for the disco ball ]right away he replied [all of the original items from the Thunderbird days are not for sale.]Those were the days. After 5yrs of doing the hokie pokie I graduated to Coffee st @ Lakeshore Dr. I would pass up eternal life to drift back in time to 1976-1980, I wouldnt mind reliving 1978 over and over and over again. Anyway White Elephant lots of secondhand furniture, prices are reasonable. Thunderbird skating rink, lots of memories no more skating.

I liked it better as a thrift store. Now it is just a $$$ used furniture store
