Check Google. 1st Call Appliance Tech has an ad on Googles first page. Check the reviews. Great reviews, so give it a shot. Called late Friday morning and left message. Quick response. Be there in about 40 minutes.Sure enough, 40 minutes later, Josh Matranga shows up, fixes the problem, and all is well again. The repair cost was very reasonable, and Josh proved to be a friendly professional who immediately won our confidence. Sometimes, you just know.Most highly recommend.

Called this business for a dryer repair because the original repair service technician that I had scheduled with another company never showed up. I called 1st Call Appliance and Josh agreed to come out within 2 hours. I texted him a picture of the model number of my dryer and he had the necessary parts already on his truck. He came out when he said he would, fixed the dryer in less than 20 minutes and as an added bonus, cleaned out my machine inside and out. Josh was personable, knowledgeable, and I was very glad to have my dryer working again. Definitely would recommend 1st Call and would call him again if another appliance needs service.

Josh was very professional, reasonably priced, and he arrived exactly when he said he would to fix our washer. (Not a 4-6 hour time window like some other companies.) I hope none of our other appliances break. But when they do, he will be our first call!

Joshs service is exemplary!!!! He returned my initial call within 24 hours. I really appreciate that he was able to give me a 2 hour time window of when to expect him, and in fact, showed up within that time window with a 15 minute heads up call that he was on his way...this is very rare indeed! He diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher as needing a new motor, priced it out, and had it ordered with a receipt sent to me via email before he left. Once the motor came in, Josh again arrived as promised and went right to work! He completed the job professionally and was so pleasant all the while! I give 1st Call, Josh, my highest recommendation!!!!!

My LG washer wasnt draining out. I called at 10am on a Friday and then called again at noon. Josh called back and said he would fit me in at the end of his day. Upon arrival, I told him that I had drained the washer through the filter plug, ran it and again it didnt drain. He got the pump working once, then twice saying he didnt want to replace it if it had only gotten stuck. If he had to come back within 30 days then his service call fee would be applied to the replacement charge. Then as we were talking, it failed again. So he was able to replace it right then because he carries a LG washer pump in his van. So he ended up working late because hes an honest, forthright guy.

Josh was great!!! I called him yesterday evening and he came to my house the next day. My Fisher and Paykel dryer stopped working and he was able to repair it without needing new parts! (I was expecting him to say that I needed a new computer or some expensive part). As he was walking out the door, I mentioned my refrigerator and he repaired that too! I highly recommend him and will continue to call him for all my appliance repair needs!!! Very friendly and reasonable service call prices!
