Upon walking into the Mandeville store I looked up at the A/C ductwork, supply and return registers. What I saw was disgusting... As I battle MOLD toxicity and am currently undergoing mold detox. I have made it habit to glance up at these things because they sometimes are neglected and are full of mold. I would say these are NEGLECTED as you can see they are in bad shape. If the outside the system looks like this, I really hate to see what the inside of these systems look like....

This is a fun place to shop. I have found quality products and helpful personnel each trip. Today the store was CLOSED for storm damage repairs.

I have a pleasant experience. But one of the cashiers have one of the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. I will also be reporting her again. She thinks she can talk to kids any kind of way and adults.

The return policy is very poor. Was a few days over a new 60 day return policy for a coffee maker for sons graduation and they refused to accept. DO NOT SHOP AT BBB. Go to Walmart or Target, they would have accepted a return of a never opened appliance with a receipt!

I called corporate to try to get a status of the Mandeville store...they didnt even know it was closed. The local store phone number doesnt pick up now....no automated message.When I went by a few days ago there was no activity at all...nothing to show any work was being done for whatever damage the store incurred from the hurricane. Will the store reopen?

This was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience me and my wife have had in years. We order from you all like 15 times a month. The past 7 times we have ordered online and in the store, either our items show up broken at our front door or we go to pick up item at store location and your system has changed the location for the order like a hour away from where we are. The staff is poor and unhelpful. I have never met more disappointing people in my life. They always say there is nothing they can do or they say we need to cancel the order or call the shipping company to complain. Why do we have to do everything when yall are the ones that are making the mistakes. The last supervisor we talked to were rude and unhelpful as well as she says she can do nothing for us due to being at the store which made no sense to me at all. We have came to the location and the people look very angry and never help. We feel so disrespected by you all and we are loyal customers. I cant imagine how you all treat your new customers. Please if you go here know you will never be helped and will always have problems. You technically are the manager when a problem happens because they will look to you to solve the problem while they act like you have offended them by asking for help. You all are terrible and should be out of business.

While I thought bed bath and beyond...Was the all of all . Not any more .I love-and purchased the my pillow products from this store.Can’t see myself EVER walking back into one.

No big surprises here except for the excellent, helpful, friendly service. Pretty good selection at this location, too. And I love the new clearance area, which is like a fun treasure hunt. Join the coupon thing online so you dont have to bring your paper coupons in with you!

This place seemed low on stock today, it was explained that they were shipping out from the store. I am a reviewer and a reader of reviews. I’d like to say I bothered this young lady Ashley today multiple times but it didn’t even seem as if I was. She was very respectful. Yes sir, no sir. We had a good conversation! She helped me get a shower curtain and liner along with a duvet set with matching extra pillow cases! Nice to know they hire people like that. What a extraordinary young lady!

Excellent selection on pots and pans and kitchen accessories. You like it says from your bedroom to your bathroom they have everything you need. I guess some of the Beyond would have been the yard lights and different types of wall hangings. I even picked up a few things out of their clearance section

Always clean and well kept. We got a clear shower curtain/liner & I was glad to see there were several sturdiness choices. We also got lucky -- they had our favorite ginger cookies on clearance, because the tins were dented a bunch. The cookies are still crispy & delicious. Yum!

I love to look at cooking supplies whether I buy them or not I could browse 4 hours. Today I was looking for crown cookie cutters and they had a set of Wilton cookie cutters with a crown cutter inside which I bought. I just wish I had a 20% coupon at the time. The service was good and the store was straight and clean.

Its old and rundown. But so are a lot of the people who work there. None of them seem to want to be there anymore. No one asks if you need help, or greets you, and they only check you out because they HAVE to. At the end of the transaction you may get a half-hearted thanks but its not sincere.Their inventory hasnt changed in what seems like years. Some of it looks to have been on the shelf that long. Theres nothing special in the store. Anything in there you can find other places for cheaper, so why bother going?My mom still clings to hope that shell find stuff there, and they do honor their coupons even though they expire, so she likes that. I go with her but theres nothing interesting there. Its just a husk of what it once was.The company is closing stores, this should be one of them. Its beyond repair unless they get a whole new management team and employees there.

I needed some skillets and Bed Bath & Beyond had a very nice selection on sale. I also had a coupon for 20% off one item. I purchased a Capalon duo skillet set. I also purchased a broiler skillet. The skillets are nice and thick walled. Two of the skillets are deep. The last set of skillets I purchased (not from this store) were very inexpensive and warped the second time I used them. I believe I made an excellent choice with the Capalon.

Employees were extremely polite and so helpful! They saved me money and time! Found everything I needed and more.

Great store! My only complaint is that I was interested in 3 things that did not have a price on them. I was able to find sales associates to look up 2 items, but the third is still a mystery. 4 of the 5 associates that I spoke with were friendly and helpful. I do hope that they get prices on their inventory.

Hey like most of you I love walking through the store and just imagining having lots of money and buy all the little knick-knacks and accessories but since I havent won the lottery to my knowledge yet and a Frugal Shopper I typically walk and straight to what I need check out the price and insolent know its two to three times higher than any other place. Case in point I need a clear see-through plastic tablecloth to cover my Easter tablecloth. The least expensive clear plastic $9.99 plus tax and others were $15 or more so I gladly left there and went straight to Walmart to get the same thing for $5. Yes you can use the 20% off coupons there anytime but sometimes I feel like why should I think 20% off is good on an already ghost price so even with the coupon youre still paying more than other stores. Maybe one day they might sell all those things on the shelves if they just Mark all items with a fair price to begin with.

This review is for my recent visit only. This is a smaller B,B,& B than I am used to. They had neither of the items I was looking for- one they were out and the other they dont carry in this store. Overall I still like the store in general.

There were a lot of bare shelves, and they had run out of Soda Stream c02 cannisters, but the 20% off coupons can really save some money.

Large selection, lack luster service.We went to Bed Bath and Beyond for our wedding registry. We spent over an hour walking around the store finding all sorts of really cool stuff.We did not receive a lot of help however while perusing the floor. They did try to push us into buying some more expensive fine china as we left and said there was more online.Why come to the store if we could do it at home. We could have used more help and less hassle.

I went in to buy my boyfriend college things for his apartment. I brought two of my friends with me. I was looking for something particular and a lady worker (who looked pretty young) came up to me and suggested somethings that i was very pleased with. When I went to go check out a lady in front of me showed the lady who was checking her out a coupon. I asked if they had any coupons (because I had a lot of things) and the lady said in such a rude voice you have to be a member and move to the other line while pointing me to another man. So, I went to the other line. First i used a giftcard which worked out fine. Then i wanted to use a visa giftcard that i had used once. The man looked at me like i was 5 years old when i said i didnt know how much was on the giftcard. When i said i could find out online the man gave me an aggravated stare.. so instead i just took out my debit card and paid for the rest. I work in retail and I wouldve never treated a customer the way they treated me. They were disrespectful and not understanding towards me, i guess its because i look young i dont have to be treated with the same respect as an adult? Even my friends commented after to me saying how rude and careless they were to me. Other than the rude cashiers, the inventory was nice and that one staff member who helped me.

Interesting place to shop, but overrated, and overpriced. Disorganized checkout, unhelpful staff, and gimmicky coupon deals. You can save at least 30% on most things shopping at Amazon.

I do like this store and they are good at having a large variety, but rated it a little lower because sometimes it could use some tidying up. A little cluttered.

I usually ignore anything negative that goes on within stores but i called a store in Mandeville, LA to see if I was able to find out if a certain item was in stock and she said with an attitude “well tell me what you are looking for ma’am” then I told her and she asked me what the toy what did and before i could tell her she interrupted my sentence and told me to hold on . Then I got transferred to another lady and she acted like she didn’t know what i was talking about. When i told her again, literally one second later she told me that they don’t have it . Both ladies acted like they didn’t want to be there today .... I wish I had gotten their names ..

Mmmmm Cinnabon. Im going to buy it somewhere else. The second star is for attentive employees. First, & its nothing new, Sticker Shock. $12.99 for a set of two seasonal dish towels? $9.99 for a 4 oz candle? Even at 70% & 50% off, theyre still not that appealing. And the regular clearance items--if theyre not damaged or missing a lid--are the same regular price anywhere else. But I have a giant bright blue 20% coupon for one full priced item and a giant $10 coupon. Who needs the inconvenience? Ok, maybe for larger purchases, but thats only if you can resist the insanely priced smaller items strategically placed along your stroll to scoop up that Breville juicer. And on the way back lol. Its a great marketing tool, but its getting old and (hopefully) people are paying closer attention.I really should not complain about the second issue here. I should contact the corporate office. I dont mean to sound threatening, it just breaks my heart when I see a store compromised like this.To Store, General, and Regional Managers:If youre wondering whether or not the sewage smell, when you walk in the front door no less, is an emergency or not, Im here to tell you that it is. Another less important priority is being put before this, and its a crying shame. If your answer to this complaint is along the lines of, Its out of our hands, Its _____s fault, Were waiting for _____ to move on this, your customers dont care. In fact, whether they realize it or not, they believe youre being dishonest with them. Bed Bath & Beyond has much more money than _____, and therefore you have more power. Use it. DO something. You didnt invest and sacrifice all the energy, hours, and time away from your families to make BB&B all this green, not to use it to get your customers what they need--not to mention your employees who cannot avoid it. You used to be in their position. Wouldnt you have been desperate for your managers to be more assertive employee advocates? You didnt get your prestigious positions because youre lucky. You are smart, creative, and more capable than most. You can find a way.

This is a standard Bed Bath and Beyond with the usual items youd expect. Its in a busy shopping area in Mandeville, near a Barnes and Noble, Whole Foods, TJ Maxx and many other stores. Im not a big fan of Bed Bath and Beyond because many items are overpriced, so Ill only go there if I have a 20% off coupon.
