ZERO Stars:Bought 4 sets of tires from this establishment. My most recent set, a high mileage Michelin set, one tire got a small screw and small leak.I passed-by and requested the tire be looked at prior to being taken off the car and de-mounted (so-as to prohibit them stating I must buy a new tire), which in reality means buying two new tires, which is absolutely NOT necessary.Nevertheless; the representative did NOT even want to take the time to exit the counter and go outside and actually LOOK at my tire and the small screw location.The attitude of the counter sales person was, I dont have time for small things, leave the vehicle, we will look at it later.NO!! I want to know if someone can actually come outside and look at the tire and screw and tell me IF it can be fixed. This is a normal occurrence to happen, a customer requests someone to go outside and look at the site unseen to make a recommendation!!This is their catch; they want you to leave your vehicle so they can later say, we can not fix it, you need a new tire, which means two new tires in reality. Up selling and not solving problems and with a rude attitude.I wont go back at all, I am finished with the selfishness of the people at this establishment and the up selling. Customers are NOT stupid.The last time I bought a new set of tires, my VW lobe compressor, an extremely reliable compressor, STOPPED working at 45,000 miles!!Come outside, look at the tire, and say, we can not fix it, ask do you have road hazard, which I do, and offer a replacement based on the road hazard.NONE of this happened about the road hazard; these tires have about 20,000 miles, thats it and are in perfect shape!!Obviously there is NO training with these people and they do not care.Result: YOU lost a customer and NTSB gained a customer. Period.Good riddins!! Good luck surviving in the new economy!!

The management at Tire World is an absolute class act. When you drop off your vehicle, you can expect nothing but total transparency. When I needed repairs done recently, I was given an honest estimate and then contacted for and/every additional issue before it was completed. No extra fees, no price bumps, no nonsense. Also, I am not an automobile expert, but everything was explained to me clearly and concisely. When it comes to auto repairs, and with all the rip-off repair shops out there, its nice not to have to worry about quality and honesty. Tire World is my place.

Talked to someone the day before asked if I could drop my car off next day to get 4 new tires. Sure no problem ma’am. Told them I would need my car back by noon, would that be a problem? Oh no ma’am!I drop it off, go to work, come back at noon to pick up. It’s still parked in same spot with nothing done to it.Not only are you losing a $750 sale. I always brought my car in for oil changes etc. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!

My family and I have used Tire World for years. Everyone has found them to be honest, respectful, and very reasonable in reference to cost. They can do whatever work a dealership can.

This place will basically take advantage of those not informed of cars and their troubles. Ive worked as a professional mechanic and Im currently in engineering school. I brought my vehicle and had it aligned only to find out that I took it away driving the exact same way and paid $85 for an alignment. When I confronted the two lead mechanics about the situation and was shown the data to not be in the correct alignment position for my vehicle to drive straight, I was told that if they lined up properly it would not drive straight. Ive had many cars aligned when doing work for other people and never have I run into this much trouble and lies concerning vehicle maintenance!

First experience isnt a good one! I came in trying to get a flat repair I just got off work and saw my tire was extremely low. Because I came in 20 minutes to close I was told come back in the morning. I barely made it here from next door and not to mention like I stated I live a hour away so thanks for helping now Im stranded in the parking lot!

Good overall experience, they didnt inform me of the wait time before they would get to my car, but once they pulled it around back it was done in a timely manner. Not a smudge on my car, friendly personnel, and when I left my credit card there the representative who helped me rushed outside to hand it to me before I drove off. Overall very satisfied.

Gone there three times. Third time went thinking my starter was broke and estimate was 430$. I show up to pay and it was 80$ instead because the mechanic realized the battery terminal mount and clutch sensor went out. I highly recommend.

Been doing business with Ethan for 18 yrs, very honest, fair, competitive, & quick turn around.

They did a spark plug repair, for which they charged me extra labor to remove the spark plug they broke. They also admitted stripping the threads. ($466) Within minutes of leaving their shop, the #5 spark plug they replaced came loose and pushed through the head. When they were called, we were told to take it to Honda. Honda said the damage was severe enough to require a like repacement engine for $4100. Tire World refuses to take any responsibility for payment to repair the damage they caused, even though we followed their instructions and took it to the place they told us to. After this happened, several people that I respect told me their own horror stories about the shoddy workmanship done at Tire World. I have filed a complaint with the LA Attorney Generals office. Ethan refuses to file an insurance claim because he said it was not big enough yet he refuses to do the right thing and pay for the repair. I am a single mother supporting my two children through college. We have not had the use of the car for almost 4 months not to mention the stress involved in the countless calls to various authorities and other reputable mechanics who told me that this is clearly Tire Worlds fault and they are liable to make restitution- however they refuse to make things right. I am a single working mom with limited time and financial resources. I will not use them again.

For more years than I care to admit, I have been purchasing tires and having tire related issues addressed and corrected by the people at Tire World in Mandeville.When my mechanic retired about 6 years ago, I began having the guys at Tire World take care of (at that time) my Maxima and now my Crosstour. Never have I been disappointed. They are always aware of individual car requirements and consistently looking out for my best interest and not their bottom line.I cannot recommend this Car Care Center enough. They are professional, trustworthy, up front about the time needed to do the work and (as the name implies), caring!

My twenty-eight year old daughter purchased tires here. She was up sold 4 $90 tires for nearly $700. She was then told she needed a $350 brake job. We took the car to our mechanic and the car merely needed shoes. I wold never trust an assessment to be done with this avaricious businessmen.
