What a great experience! I contacted Trey about a wrap for my 27 Formula powerboat. I had some ideas but didnt really know exactly what I wanted. The communication with the design team was excellent and after a few concept pictures, I found the design I was looking for. This is our second trailer wrap and first vehicle wrap with Picture This. We are more than impressed with the quality of work and the quick turn around. Not only does it look great, its definitely eye catching to the general public. Weve had people stop and comment on how great it looks. At first they were great with communicating. We decided to wrap our front cap on our RV, I told Trey theres some flakes and wanted to make sure that it would be prep properly. He assure me that I would since prep is one of the most important part. Paid 50% of the agreed price and labor. Techs came to measure, I stated the entire cap would need to be vinyl which they need to measure the top. They said they got it and will do so. They started to measure the entire RV and I restarted it was only the front cap. A few days later office called said they had an opening a few days earlier which was great. Guys showed up with a sheet of light sand paper. They said they will try to even it out as much as they can. Called Trey told him I was concerned with the quality of prep. He stated hell go ahead and get and work with us they sent a new invoice. He removed the labor for the prep which we were ok with.I sanded the front cap properly once the techs The day techs came and installed it. Their didnt have enough material and where going to have a split. Once they were finished they left without notifying me. I took a look at the finished product and was very disappointed. See pictures. They did not vinyl the entire cap as we discussed. They ran out material because they didnt measure properly. When I went to pay the balance the office assistant raised the balance because Trey notify her that morning to add extra labor. We paid and showed her pictures of the the quality. She said I have to speak to Trey. Which we did. He said hell removed the extra fees but we had already paid I asked for the 2 weeks check up date which he never replied and has ignored emails multiple times. Less than a month the vinyl still has a bubble which ripped and water has been coming in between the vinyl and the cap. Unfortunately I do not believe Trey will honor his business warranty when they wont even honor the 2 week check up. The lack of professionalism from the business owner is unbelievable.The vinyl is a good product but the service provided is poor. Not to mention how they spoke about their other clients while I was there.

The folks at this company are amazing to work with and all are very friendly! The drive mechanism on my sunroof broke and I could not get it to seal. I stopped by to see if they could cover the entire sunroof with vinyl so it would not leak until I could get the parts and have time to fix it. I didnt expect to have it done right away, but Trey came out and looked at it, gave me a VERY reasonable price and said pull it in the building. After 30 minutes the vinyl was installed and I no longer have to worry about leaks! This is the second time I have done business with them, but it wont be the last. I would highly recommend them.

I was trying to support a local North shore company.Terrible service. After Picture This received payment, they refused to fix the issues with our wrapped vehicle. He used non perforated wrap over rear windows causing the glass to be blacked out which resulted in a wreck. One year after the wrap was installed it is now cracking everywhere on vehicle and Trey even misspelled simple words on wrap as well!!!! We used a much larger company on the south shore to wrap our first TWO work trucks for same amount he charged and they still look perfect after 3 years. Do yourself a favor and find a more skilled and professional company that will honor their work and charge the same amount as these jokers. If not your wrap job will look like these pictures PICTURE THAT!!!!

Worst company ever beware!!!!I would highly recommend using a company that knows what there doing. Trey is by far the worst business owner that I have have seen. After months of NEVER getting my design close it was close enough to sign one of his WELL LOOP HOLED CONTARCTS. This allowed him to not have to actually do the wrap based on the design you sign off on. To make things worse he wasnt qualified to do the install so he subbed it out to another wrap company because they would be the best. To top that off they did such a horrible job they had to wrap it twice. STILL ISNT RIGHT BECUASE HIS DESIGN WASNT RIGHT. GO SEE JAKE AT BIG DADDY WRAPS!! Custom shop wraps the boat in a climate controlled closed shop NOT IN A PARKING LOT!!!TAKE MY CONTENDER OFF YOUR INSTAGRAM.
