Hands down the best bike shop on the North Shore!

Awesome bike shop with personal service for each customer that walks in. Purchased an adult tricycle that no one else was able to get or had in stock. Very pleased.

Dave is always so helpful. If he doesn’t have what you are looking for he will get it. He and his staff are professional and awesome to do business with.

I love this business! I’ve never had a bad experience here, their customer service is second to none. I went in this morning to get a new tube because my valve stem broke. Instead of selling me the tube to install myself they installed it for me. They also went the extra mile and inspected the wheel and tire to ensure there was no other damage. This whole process took about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this business.

Awesome bike shop. Weve gotten tune-ups, had them build bikes purchased online and recently bought a beautiful mountain bike for my daughter. Couldnt be happier. Great selection of bikes and gear. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are also reasonable and competitive. 😄

My experience here was awesome and I am very grateful to have a working bike again thanks to these guys. David fixed up a bike I was thought was a lost cause in 30 minutes. The pedals were each installed wrong on a new bike stripping the threads in the lever arms. They fixed this like it was a walk in the park! I know where I will take my bike for all its care and maintenance. These guys are customer-oriented. Also they are very competent and capable professionals who know what they are doing. I highly recommend their bike shop.

Nice neighborhood bike shop. Not a very large selection of bikes but great place for repairs. The guys will usually stop what theyre doing to fix minor repairs, in order to get you back on the road.

My wife and I stopped by the Bike Path looking for accessories for our bikes. We are not hard core bicyclists by any means, but the guys in the shop treated us as though we were. They stopped what they were doing, helped us decide what we needed and installed it for us. I highly recommend this business.

Man, what a great experience.Took my used bike in for a tuneup and stayed to ask lots of questions about modifications to current bike versus an upgraded bike. At no point did they suggest any up major up sells.Tuneup was done efficiently, economically and with great customer service. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

I have a 32 yo Schwinn World Tour 12-speed road bike that I needed to modify to accommodate my advancing age and issues. The folks at Bike Path took lots of time to listen to my history with my bike and what my needs were, and then proceeded to suggest multiple adjustable components that would let me fit the bike to me again. Then they refurbed the running gear and have it riding and shifting precisely and swiftly. The staff are not only technically proficient, they are enthusiasts who want to help bikers of all ages retain their ability to enjoy cycling. If you are in your 60s, see the Bike Path folks and they will get you back in a more accommodating saddle.

David is awesome. A month ago I brought in my sons 16 rear wheel because hed worn a hole in the tire from pulling skids.Showed up with my 3 monkeys at 5:30 (he closes at 6) because that was our best shot to get it fixed and Dave slapped a new tube and tire on it in 10 mins and best of all, he charged me a fair price. I even picked up a kick stand that works great.The Bike Path is a great place to get anything you need for cycling!!

WOW! These guys are the best. I needed help with my derailleur and I needed it ASAP. I came in and David jumped right on it and had my bike back to me in 30 mins while I waited. He gave it a once over to make sure it was safe since it was only 2 days old and had been put together at home. The adjustment price and the once over was very inexpensive and reasonable. He gave me great advice on what to expect with my bike and what I should do for future maintenance. He didn’t try to steer towards anything I didn’t need like some shops do. If you want friendly, quality service, The Bike Path is it! Plus they play awesome tunes!

Great customer service!

The Bike Path gives excellent service. They go out of their way to make sure you get the right bike for you, not sell you what is the most expensive. They fit the bike to your size, and will order it, if it is not in the store. They arent pushy at all. Dont be afraid to go in and test drive some bikes. If you do buy a bike, they service it for free for the first six months. There prices are good, you can check on the internet for the same bike and I found that the bike we bought was cheaper at The Bike Path. I highly recommend them. They carry three whelled bikes as well which are great for #accessibility.#handicappedparking #wheelchairaccessible #ramp

We got quick service from Graham after popping 2 tubes on the Tammany Trace. He was friendly and even gave us a great lunch recommendation!

David and Graham are some cool cats. There super helpful and have major brands of ultra quality of bikes. I dont ever write reviews but this place is amazing and worth checking out.

These guys built a bike for me from parts that I brought in. They finished it quickly and were able to provide everything needed to finish the build. The prices are reasonable and you wont find better service anywhere else.
