I’ve received orders from this location a few times and everything has been great. For this occasion I called in because I wanted to redeem an offer I received. I was having issues online, which was more than likely user error. The lady on the phone was nice and very accommodating. I called just over an hour before they closed. She stated they would get the order ready for me. I arrived within 30 minutes with no problem at all. Of course I plan to continue to use them.

We had a wonderful experience! Ive ordered two arrangements at separate times that were both extremely last minute(Im talking the day of and middle of the day, late). These guys were so professional and accommodating! Great customer service to say the least! We will definitely be ordering more! Such a piece of mind knowing it was a smooth transaction that was out of state!! Keep up the good work guys!!

My mother and I went by on the way to visit a friend recovering from surgery. There was only one arrangement left and we purchased it. The owner’s son gave us a box of cupcakes as lagniappe after we mentioned we would like to try them next time. He was very kind, helpful, and excited about the remodeling of the shoppe. We will definitely return to this location!

I ordered an arrangement for my sister on Sunday morning and double checked that the store was open that day first. I paid a lot of money plus a delivery fee to do something special for her as I live in another state. My sister did not receive anything Sunday nor was I contacted in any way . I called today (Monday ) and was told “ we couldn’t get anyone to come in to work” Sunday. Asked if I wanted a refund ( glad I called, as I don’t think I would have heard from them,) I said I wanted them still delivered, girl said they’d throw in some extra cupcakes or something for the trouble. Well, today, my sister was told to come in and pick them up herself, because supposedly they’d attempted Sunday AND Monday to deliver ( though I was told the store wasn’t ever opened Sunday.) Of course, no extra cupcakes or anything for her. And my pregnant sister had to pick up a 90 dollar little fruit arrangement herself. This did not go like I’d planned at all, and I don’t appreciate the manipulation of my sister in all of this when this was supposed to be a treat for her.

This is not the first time I have had problems with this store! Nothing goes out on time, I was told my order would be put out one the first truck it was not. I live in Mississippi and was trying to do something nice for my mom’s birthday. Due to it not going out on the first truck she will not get it in time for her birthday!! Thanks a lot guys! Next time I will be doing something else!!!! The owner said they will give me a refund but never offered to get this arrangement out at all!! Poor poor poor

This is Joyce Amatucci. This is my second time dealing with this store--on the phone from Maryland! The first time was perfect, so this EA was my first thought now. I wanted something very special and a combination of fruit, chocolate covered fruit, and cheesecake. Matt put together the ideal arrangement, and for the price point I desired. It is never easy to order from a distance and feel totally secure about what you are getting. This store pulls it off.

I ordered a fruit arrangement for a friend. As I am not local, everything was done from afar.After having some concerns regarding the original arrangement, the owner Dana reached out to me personally and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied.Per the recipient - the fruit was delicious. I appreciate the quality of the fruit, the promptness of same day delivery, and the owners desire to make sure she delivers a solid product.

Like many others on here, one star is too many. I made an order for 2 people, (my mom and my wife). I ordered them to be delivered a few days before mothers day so I would avoid the $10 delivery fee on mothers day. The first problem is they delivered a day late. It wasnt that big of a deal cause I ordered early. The delivery they gave me was only the smaller half of my order. I called and told them and they offered me a free gift for my trouble and to have it out to me that day since their driver left without it, he had to go back and return to my house. Since it was already late and they were very pleasant and professional, I told them they didnt have to kill themselves to get it to me that day, just to deliver it the next day on Saturday. Well Saturday is almost over so I call them back and they told me their driver is still making deliveries, It will probably arrive before 8pm, if it doesnt to give them a call back. Well of course it didnt arrive. I call them back and get their voicemail, I left a message. The next day on Sunday (Mothers day) I called them no less than 6 times. I got their voicemail every time. I left another message. Monday morning rolls around about noon, still not even a call back. I call them again and someone answers and offers a refund because they are short staffed. I am done dealing with these people so I accept. Do not do business with them. Very disappointing!

I recently bought a large arrangement as a thank you gift for my Dr. and her staff and as a way to support a local business (albeit a chain,) during these difficult, covid times. The EA staff really went out of their way to put together a wonderful delivery that received gushing praise from my Dr. and her staff. A win win on both counts, Id say. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience was terrible. My husband ordered chocolate covered strawberries and when I received them there was mold on them and when we reached out to them they said theyll have more delivered the next day but it was the day after. We was denied a refund which Id rather because if there was a problem I no longer wanted anything from them. The other strawberries they delivered also had mold on them I didnt reach back out to them because the experience was terrible and if I couldnt get my money back whats the purpose smh

I had a great experience at Edible Arrangements in Mandeville. I didn’t realize that I could call and pickup my order within an hour. When I picked up my order, it was ready early and there were lots of other gift options in the store to choose from. I was able to get balloons and a bear for a very reasonable price. The staff was great, the prices were great, and the overall service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I bought balloons and strawberries covered with chocolate as a birthday present for a friend. It wasn’t delivered and nobody gave me a call. I am mailed them, called them, left a voicemail. NO ANSWER! I spent almost 90 dollars! Where is my money?????

I had some issues getting through to the store as soon as Dana the owner found out she called me and made it right! For the first time I think the location is going in the right direction.. I would recommend them for sure!

This was my first experience with this particular location. I had an issue with my order which I left a message about. Shortly later I was contacted and the issue was discussed and resolved pleasantly. However, about 15 minutes later I received another call from a different employee yelling at me. As I explained I believed the issue had already been resolved she continued to yell, accused my gift recipient of lying and told me that my business in the future will be REFUSED and I was hung up on. Refusal of my business will not be an issue as I will never use this location again! When I mentioned I had asked for no contact delivery I was told that the recipient should not have opened the door! I apologize for a customer answering the door when not expecting a delivery 5 days early. FYI no contact delivery means ring the bell and leave hence NO CONTACT! I am a frequent Edible Arrangement customer and have never had an issue or this type of treatment with any other locations.

This was my first time ordering an edible arrangement so I decided to stop by the store. The new owner came out to help me and was very patient with all my questions, she is fantastic. I told her what I was looking for and what my budget was. She helped me create a custom arrangement, which I didnt even know was a thing. The arrangement she picked out was perfect. It was delivered and the fruit was yummy. Good experience all around!!

Just found out that my birthday gift which was delivered a week early even though the instructions on the store’s own instructions were correct about delivering on January 11th,, advertise contactless delivery. The delivery driver delivered it without a mask and handed it to me. No wonder why St Tammany Parish in Louisiana, Covington in particular, has a skyrocketing spike in Covid hospitalization. Comply with your own requirements for safety in a pandemic. I now wonder about the person cutting and arranging the fruit in the basket!

I came in the store today right as they were closing. It said online they closed at 5 but they said they closed at 4pm. The samples were wonderful. Big fresh strawberries. Were amazing so I decided to buy the box of 12 for $34.99 and they were so small and half the size of the samples. Very deceiving and I would have known the berries that they sell are nothing like the ones you can sample. Very upset. Will not be back.

Completely overrated!!! Today is my birthday and my mom was so kind to order an arrangement for me. The grapes were so soggy and soft that they were NOT so edible. She spent 80 freaking dollars on something that I could not eat. I will tell everyone I know not to order from this place in Mandeville.

Horrible experience so far! I ordered for mother’s day but placed to receive my package the day after 5/11. I tried calling the place to see when the arrangement would be delivered but no answer! I call and call and nothing. When I go online to track my package virtually it says my order does not exist! I am very upset and am unaware of when I will get my package. Never buying from this location again.

I received a beautiful arrangement from my mom. I had to wait at home which is fine and so worth it. The driver was very nice. I didnt hear my door bell but she called my phone to let me know what was going on and waited for me for 5 minutes to get to the door. She has a great attitude and really must love her job.

I love receiving arrangements from here. Fruit is always super fresh. I love the Summer Specials they have. You can go in and treat yourself to a sweet treat for under $5.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Do not take Valentine’s Day orders if you are going to deliver at 6pm . Then the driver had the nerve to tell me he had 20 more orders as If it was my fault you are running behind. Edible arrangement. Com is even worse holding online for over 37 minutes. Will never order an edible arrangement again!!

My husband does not usually do big romantic gestures for valentines. This year he tried to surprise me with an edible arrangement that would have a note attached with another surprise, that he was taking me to dinner. He had to ruin the surprise because my edible arrangement never arrived. He asked before he ordered if it could be delivered by a specific time which he was told yes. I go into work early and leave a little earlier than normal work hours. He called me about 15 min before I left work to ask if my delivery ever came. It hadn’t so he had to tell me to come straight home so we could make our dinner reservation. He then called the store to ask them if they can deliver it home. They said yes. Well while at dinner, my boss called and said they were trying to deliver the edible arrangement 2 hours after I was gone. She did not accept it because she said it wasn’t fresh and was melted. On the way home for dinner my husband called the store, who had no idea they were going to deliver to the house or what. Then she hung up on us. We ended up stopping there on the way home and he requested his money back. They had to go to the manager because they didn’t want to refund the delivery charge.

I ordered a teddy bear with the fruit. There was NO BEAR with the order delivered, BUT I WAS CHARGED for the bear!

Just walked in for dessert after lunch. Bought a paper cone filled with chocolate covered strawberries. It was delicious! Just wished the counter boy was a people person...he made me feel awkward...and thats pretty difficult to do. So cudos?

I went into pick up my arrangement. They called me a black tuna fish and told me to leave after realizing they didnt do my orders right, they didnt wanna tell me so in return i get called a racist term and a sea creature its completely unacceptable and when they finally did give me my box i opened it and it was a swastika on a piece of paper. Im calling corporate to say the least.

The delivery set up here absolutely kills this place. They leave in the morning and say delivery can go as late as 5PM. So since it is a cold delivery, someone has to be home to take delivery. So you have to stay home all day waiting or the person your sending it to will. It’s 4:53 and still nothing. As of 11:30 this morning when I called it was out for delivery. If you cant provide a tighter delivery window you shouldn’t even be in the business of delivery. The cable company can do a better job of providing a delivery window and showing up. And while yes today is Valentine’s day, this isn’t my first order and it is a pattern. I think I will make it my last.

I called to get my order address change and the lady starts laughing in my face bc i had the wrong address, so rude i’m never getting anything from them!
