Ive always liked the Ra Shop! My only quarrel with the raw shop is pricing on the tobacco pipes. A little on the Steep side so be ready to spend if you go in there. Other than that as long as you go in dont refer to any type of illegal substance the magic word is tobacco!! If you refer to it as anything else you will be asked to leave. They got to do it. That dont bother me a bit. Sometimes you can get good deals just all depends on what they have in stock or what has been on stock for too long. All in all pretty average place and if you want a good stick cigar whatever you call it I call it a good stick oh, they have a small but very eclectic collection of cigars and a very nice humidor. Speak real nice to them and theyll even throw you in some screens. Good guys are all around

I had a great experience. The girl that helped me, Annelise I believe her name was, was very informative on every product I asked about. She even went through the proper way of keeping my product in like new conditions and everything Id need to do so. Ill definitely go be back for future purchases.

The Nag Champa incense is too expensive, but an excellent little gift/smoke shop considering how tiny it is. Go get some free cups and matchbooks there too.

Over the years Ive had mixed experiences with the employees but last night (March 6th) I had a really pleasant one. The woman working was very helpful and informative regarding products throughout the store, product selection and pricing seems to be shifting towards being more customer oriented, and I just overall enjoyed the visit. Keep up the good work!

Love these guys. Great customer service and friendly staff! Very knowledgeable about their products. By the way, people who are complaining about returns/exchanges... Its clearly posted all over the store that they dont do exchanges /returns. With the type of some of the products they sell, once its used its contaminated. That product obviously cannot be resold.

Not a bad place really. They didnt have what I was looking for (CBD oil for a vape) but the guy working there was really helpful and even suggested a place that does carry it and mentioned some similar products they have. Definitely worth giving a shot.

One of the employees who has long hair and looks like a slob claimed to know everything about all the products, sold me a product that wasnt what he claimed it to be. I returned the next day to exchange it and was told there was nothing they could do about it even though I spent a substantial amount of money at theyre store. Im happy to say I wont be returning and would suggest to everyone not to do business with them either.

Customer Service is hot garbage! Went in and bought two glass connector pieces for my glass rig. Got home and learned my rig had been broken while i was gone. So i go back three days later to return the two connectors for store credit and use that towards a new piece. And the guy says nope. No returns or store credit on any glass items. So needless to say shop at Zitas. THEY ARE SO MUCH BETTER!

My spouse did have a poor experience once, but when we moved back to Mandeville we went to this shop again, and the Ra shop employees were kind, quick, ready to answer questions about any product they have in the store.Lots of products to choose from some items may be priced a on the high side, but they do have a discount club.

Dont ever go to the ra shop... they told me I could bring in my e-cig tank if it broke within 2 weeks, (this convo happened because the tank they were showing me originally was broken when they pulled it out of the box) so my tank breaks within 3 days... Guess what? No refund. The reason? well its highly unlikely 2 would be faulty out of the box. Then dont tell me I can return it... Its so aggravating that every e-cig/ra shop is always staffed by unprofessional salesmen/managers. I wont be going back, Id suggest anyone looking to buy the things youd get at ra shop to go to zitas. Thats a nice local business and Ive never had any problems with them. The ra shop is overpriced and the quality of service Id rate as: punch in the gut

Not to mention she is very nice and personal. She is also very easy on the eyes. I always go in planning on buy 1 are 2 things and leave spending over 100 dallors because of the time she spends to show me things. In short it a great shop.
