The amazing staff was able to quickly put together a last-minute Christmas gift bag collection for our Department. Friendly throughout the whole process, even despite the throng of last-minute shoppers that had descended on the store. Job well done!

Love this shop!! Went for the first time about 3 weeks ago, its so full of great items! They have adult t-shirts in female and unisex and they have kids/youth shirts. They also have a few kitchen items, bags, ornaments, sweatshirts, paintings, cookbooks and much more. Will definitely be going back!!

They were very helpful with finding a gift available in another Fleurty Girl and getting it to this location. I really felt like a valued customer.

What a phenomenal store. So many unique things. The snarky candles and oven mitts will keep you laughing. The ladies were sweet and full of excitement. . I know where Im doing my holiday shopping.

Unique New Orleans items. I dont recommend bringing children due to offensive language on some of their merchandise.Thats just my opinion!

Have interesting merchandise but a surprisingly under trained staff that sits behind the counter and does not encourage any reacting with the shoppers... Need more training or incentives to become more customer friendly and shopping savvy

Lot of New Orleans/LA themed Merchandise. Was able to find what I was looking for. Forgot to ask,IF they Gift wrap Purchases,while checking out. Able to get in,out quickly!

Ruuuuuuude! I honestly needs to work on her phone etiquette skills and demonstrate the ability to handle stress management at all times. Especially with the holiday season around the corner, she can honestly run away customers with her negative and abrasive attitude. I love Fleurty Girls items but I rather shop elsewhere and give another store my business.

They have great gifts for locals and tourists alike, as well as holiday and seasonal gifts. For me, it is a must-stop when giving unique, clever, well-timed gifts!

The cashiers were not friendly. No one greeted or even acknowledged that I was there. I stood in line to pay and two women were complaining about who was going to check me out. I am sorry I didnt just put my items back.

Went there thinking that they’d have all or a majority of the products on their website. Not even close. I had a list of 11 things on their website I was interested in and they didn’t have a single one.Not sure if they were just out of stock at the time or if they just don’t carry the better items in this location.I’ve found much better jewelry and home items at their other locations.

Everyone in our family are big Fleurty Girl fans. Went to the store by Lakeside to stock up for carnival season. Four kids, two adults buying multiple items each. Asked the woman behind the counter about sizes for babies and she was remarkably rude to my wife; terse and condescending. Immediately told my krewe to put everything back on the racks - a couple hundred dollars worth of merchandise - and walked out. NOT the way to treat anyone, certainly not loyal customers. My nine year old asked what we did to make that woman speak like that to her mom. Get out of retail if you can’t treat people with respect. Can’t begin to describe my disappointment.

Adorbs. If you want NOLA or La cute stuff, you cant go wrong.

I will drive over an hour to visit Fleurty Girl. One of my favorite places to get Saints shirts! Wish there was a store closer.

Ive been to 3 of the Fleurty Girl stores and Im amazed at the level of detail in every store. When going to different stores, its always disappointing to see the same merchandise time and time again. That isnt the case at Fleurty Girl. The staff is always helpful and its a reflection of their leadership.

Great concept. I love their goods, great tshirts. The only issue that i have is its ridiculously busy every time I go.

So rude! I drove all the way from Baton Rouge to specifically come to the store in metairie to purchase items for christmas, I understand it is the weekend before christmas and super busy this time of year but when i asked a simple question the lack of customer service and seeming as if i was stupid I will not be back to this location, i have had awesome customer service at the french quarter store... I love everything fleurty girl stands for but the employees at this location seriously need training in customer service skills.

Horrible customer service. I walked in with my daughter on a Saturday morning and was never greeted at all. My number one pet peeve and the lady who walked in before me with her daughter got smiles and a warm welcome so I proceeded to look at the baby wall of T-shirt’s and picked the one I wanted and stood by the register and waited more than 2 minutes and the cashier never looked up to say anything to me. And then as I approached the other side I’d the register she says “you ready?” Ready for what I don’t know.... I saw hello how are you? And I let her know immediately that she didn’t acknowledge my presence or speak and she said oh I’m sorry I was in the back getting books. Point is this place lacks customer service skills and I will never be returning. All I was trying to do was pick up an online order and spend more money in the shop.

In less than 2 minutes, Ive experienced terrible customer service over the phone; while inquiring about seasonal items. Clerk on the phone wasnt polite and lack customer service skills. End result she didnt answer my questions. Misrepresentation of the company.

The Fleurty Girl brand is a good representation of New Orleans culture, however the person working the Metairie store (17th Street) on January 3rd, 2018 in the afternoon was very rude. She had been snappy to us because we had 2 children with us and they used cash they got for Christmas to pay for what they want. She obviously didn’t want children in the store and was frustrated when the children didn’t get out their money as fast as they could of. Another employee of that same Fleurty Girl store in late June of 2017 had also been snappy and rude. My family, friends, and I will now be boycotting the Fleurty Girl store in Metarie and will most likely shop at the Fleurty Girl store on Magazine Street, because the last time we went to the Magazine Street store the employees were very friendly and cordial.

The best original NOLA tshirts

I love fluerty girl and all of their southern style attire but the only thing i did not particularly care for at this location in metairie was the young girl that was working. She was very unfriendly and looked at us as if we were idots.

Always the most unique and and NOLA repping things! Dont miss a chance to visit if you are in Metairie or the Quarter.

Im a huge fan of Fleurty Girl shirts and know the owner, Lauren Thom, but this store lacks the feel or vibe that the original Oak street store or French Quarter stores have. If you live or work in Metairie and want a cool NOLA themed shirt this is the place to go but just know you arent getting the full experience unless you visit the FQ store.
