I remodeled my bath and kitchen in September and October of 2018. Elizabeth at BlueJay was friendly, helpful and accommodating, explaining the pros, cons and costs of the different stone. I decided on the 3 cm Pearl Jasmine Quartz which is absolutely beautiful. Modern, in house laser measurements and fabrication/installation were accomplished efficiently, friendly and professionally. My husband and I remodeled our sweet little 90 year old house about a year ago now, and most of the remodel was a lot of compromise and heartache. That was, until we met the wonderful people at BLUEJAY stones. We were interested in soapstone, which is a natural, pretty soft stone with a bit of upkeep. Its beautiful though, and primitive, which is the look we were going for. Other fabricators tried to steer us away from this stone, which was discouraging. The wonderful ladies, Elizabeth and Leticia, we spoke to at BLUEJAY stones were excited; however, when they heard we were interested in working with soapstone. They made sure no one discouraged us from getting it. They helped us scour the stone yards throughout Louisiana to find the perfect slab--the last slab of its kind--and luckily enough for us, we only needed one! From the beginning of the process to install, everyone in the staff was amazing to work with and so professional. As our renovation, one year later, has (mostly) come to an end, the easiest and BEST part was working with the people at BLUEJAY stones, and of course the most beautiful, perfect soapstone counter tops that I get to use and admire daily. We suggest you guys to everyone interested in new builds or renovation. Thanks again girls and guys!! Cant wait to work with you again in our future endeavors!
